It Isn't The Employee's Fault
Your spaces need updating especially the tub areas where you can see the wall paper coming off and it looks like black mold right up next to the tub. Also, the same thing along the tub where the tile comes up to it. We chose not to use it. There was distinctive smell of smoke in hall & room. When I mentioned it to your desk person she said that she knew it and they would find who it was and be charging them extra...That wasn't "my" concern. Smoke Free is the advertisement. It was quite unpleasant. On a prior stay we had a fridge and microwave in the room, however there was none available in the room we were provided. Also, my husband is handicapped. They did provide a chair for him to use in the shower but let us know that a handicap room only comes with one bed. To have two beds there is no handicap toilet..Again, not very handy. When I ask about the small appliances I was told we could move to the room we had used on a prior visit but that I would be charged ten more dollars. I had food that needed refridgeration so at that point there wasn't a choice. Also, there was just one chair in the room. It would have been much more convenient to have had two. We did opt to cancel the second nights stay. However, I feel that the staff did the best that they could and both were warm and friendly.

It was wonderful to be able to have a price that fit our budget and yet was a very clean place to stay..Beds are a little too hard, but clean..that is important to us..

Has just enough to make it comfortable
Breakfast has enough choices for anyone.Coffee is 24 hours in the lobby. Staff are ALL friendly and helpful at all times.Warm chocolate chip cookies are available in evenings.Very affordable.We have stayed a total of 16 nights in 5 weeks, so that we could visit a sick relative and the staff are all so helpful with our situation.
