Nice room, staff could have been more helpful, avg breakfast
Booked on line with one of the agencies - it said, double or twin room - as I was staying with my daughter I assumed we would be able to get a twin room - when we booked in we were flatly told we had a double and they were fully booked. There was no effort to help or offer to look to see if a swap could be made - ended up with one of us sleeping on the floor!Room was nice - wasn't impressed by the buffet breakfast - not much cooked selection and very cheap sausauges, coffee was machine made and not very good.

Brilliant - again!
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, and I am glad I did. It is head and shoulders above the Travelodge across the road. Rooms are comfortable, and there is free WiFi Internet in them. Bed is very comfortable, and I had a cracking sleep. If you need more pillows, there are extra in the room. Bathroom is well laid out and the shower had an adjustable head to give different spray pattern. Better than the fixed ones so often seen in this class of hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff friendly, and the free breakfast, although it is basic, is more than adequate. Location is good for me, but you need a car or taxi to get anywhere if you don't want to eat at the snow goose. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will return.

Lovely stay.
Hotel is in a great location 2 miles from Inverness town centre. Its next to a shopping outlet, restaurants and and a bar/restaurant called The Flying Goose.The hotel is lovely bright and airy. The staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are a great size with a double bed, a double sofa bed, tea and coffee , hairdryer, a lovely bathroom. Flat screen tv and free wifi. It was nice a cosy. I would recommend and I'd definitely stay there again.

Clean Comfortable stay
Stayed here for a couple of nights. Everywhere kept clean. I found the bed nice & comfortable and there was a choice of soft or firm pillows. The staff were friendly & helpful. If I had a gripe, it would be the price, I thought it was a tad too much for this standard of hotel.
