Great stay for the most part
We brought our children to the Boston area for the first time. Element Lexington is in a very central location and allowed us to go to Salem, Boston, Lowell, NH all very quickly! Complimentary breakfast is very healthy. Laundry facilities also very nice with 4 washers and 4 dryers - having a change machine would be nicer so I didn't have to go to the front desk each time. That was a bit of a hassle...We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with King bed. Facilities were clean and it was fantastic to have the extra bedroom so we could still watch TV after the kids go to bed.An area of improvement would be housekeeping supplies. They did not have enough towels when we arrived for 4 people. Trying to be eco-friendly, we'd use our towels a couple days and throw them on the floor for replenishment. Housekeeping did not replace our washcloths or bathmat (soaked because shower door seal was loose and leaked). We had to call the front desk each time to get housekeeping to bring up new washcloths. Unfortunately, they would either bring the wrong kind (we ended up with six bathtowels) or the wrong number (3 washcloths instead of 4). Sugar and cream were also not replaced so by the last day, we had nothing left. We were too tired to call...I would've given 5 stars if not for the housekeeping issues we had.

Typical good Element experience. Bad wifi though.
I've stayed numerous times at other Element properties, but this was my first time here. Stayed in a studio King. The room was fine, and the bed super comfortable. However, Wifi connectivity was poor. They have repeaters stationed throughout the hallways, but I was only able to get a good signal in the front half of the room. And I hate having to login. If you have free Wifi, don't make us login everyday. It should be immediate, like the connection at the DFW Element. At the desk in the back of the room, I had to plug in to the hardline. Also, the "refresh" area behind the check-in counter was somewhat limited in selection, at least compared to the DFW Element. If your stay brings you to the area, you can't go wrong here. Also, it shares a parking lot with Aloft, another W concept.

Wonderful Eco-Friendly Hotel
We stayed here a Friday and Saturday night for the kids soccer tournament. There were at least 16 families and the hotel accommodated everyone nicely. All the rooms have kitchens, which was very convenient. The daily FREE breakfast was surprisingly good with an assortment of egg sandwiches, pancakes, fresh fruit and yogurt. A variety of juices along with a coffee and tea station. It's location right off the highway was really convenient as well as it being close to many restaurants and only about 18 miles from Boston. Eco-friendly features were: 1/2 flush or full flush toilets; low flow water fixtures, including rainfall shower (a little too low flow for getting shampoo out of your hair); recycling containers in the room; daily breakfast used glass plates, silverware and glasses. There were also recycling receptacles in the lounge part of the lobby. On top of this all, it was VERY reasonably priced. I would stay here again!

This is absolutely the best place to stay at this price point
Absolutely the most comfortable nights sleep but I could also stay here for a month if I needed to. You have a choice of a studio or one bedroom - I was in a studio which came equipped w/ a kitchen , desk & sofa. Everything is new and modern, front desk was courteous . I highly recommend this property . My only suggestion is that other properties offer you basic necessities if you've forgotten something ( toothbrush etc) and they do not.

Excellent week-end vacation
This hotel is a great value. The train station is not to far (10 minutes drive) and on the week-end plenty of parking spaces available. Great room and good breakfast. Really clean nice staff. We will come back for sure !
