Stayed there just for 1 night with my boyfriend pretty much to sleep before flying early in the morning. Check in was pretty terrible, the receptionist (I think the same mentioned in previous reviews) was not very helpful. No hello or welcome just looked at us with attitude. When asking about shuttle bus she mentioned that it costs ¿¿2 each. I didn't have any ¿¿ only ¿¿¿ on me with going on holiday. Asked if I could charge it to my room... No, do they have a cash machine... No, currency exchange... No. I asked if we could walk to the airport, yes no problem just cross over the car parks. When checking with guy on reception the next morning he advised us that there we could walk but it was not safe as no pavements. He booked us a taxi and made sure they accepted card as I said we had no cash. Room was ok and clean. Looking at previous reviews I think "the girl on reception" needs some customer service training.

Stayed here for 1 night before an early morning flight with my partner and 3 year old daughter. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bar area was nice, but pricey. I phoned the previous day to check if I could book a taxi for 2.30am to airport. Was told I could arrange this at time of check-in. At check-in I was advised to ask night staff when checking out and they would call a taxi. 2.20am and night reception staff told me that I couldn't get a taxi as it was pub/closing time and all taxis are busy in Paisley. Was told it would be approx. 4am before I had any chance of taxi. This wasn't an option as would be too late for flight check-in.We had no choice but to walk to airport, yes its only 500 metres but with a busy main road to cross and no paths to walk on and dragging 3 suitcases and helping my 3 year old daughter. we arrived at airport a bit annoyed. Ramada advertise a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport but it didn't start to 4am. Again this would of mean missing our flight check-in. Will not be using this hotel again if I have another early morning flight.

Arrived and was greeted by a very abrupt girl on the front desk no please or thankyou in her vocabulary, that put me off to start with. Room was ok as Ramadas go. As we were only here for one night it did not matter. Resturant in hotel was good and staff helpful. But I musy say If I had known that they had a resturant and it was so close to the Travelodge and other hotels I would have stayed in the others as they were cheaper and just popped over the way and used there resturant.

I didn't realise Ramada had joined the "budget" end of the market. Public area's and rooms were reasonable enough - Restaurant menu was disappointing and sparse, they wouldn't put the football on either, so went out for dinner. Surprised the bar had just one draft lager and just one draft bitter to choose from. Breakfast was abysmal - dried up bacon, tasteless sausages, powdered scrambled egg, even have to make your own coffee (from sachets). Had conference facilities booked as well. Had to chase the ordered projector and amazed they didn't seem to appreciate it had to be much further than 4 feet from the screen ! Requested another table to sit it further back. Whist they provided nice fresh fruit platter for morning coffee break and cake for afternoon break, delegates had to make their own coffee via a machine that took pouches. Coffee breaks were therefore pretty much over by the time everybody had made one ! They obviously cater more for holiday makers looking for a basic stop over. It is reasonably cheap so I guess it does the job for that but I wouldn't recommend it for business travellers.

We booked through Priceline. Priceline advertised this hotel with complimentary breakfast and free in-room Internet - THEY HAVE NEITHER!!! A rude front desk clerk told us it was a Priceline problem. We have our receipt from Priceline which clearly states breakfast and in- room Internet, AND we were able to find it again on Priceline. I think if the clerk had even told us that there was an error, apologized and provided done compensation, it would have been ok. But she was obnoxious. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
