Good Value
We stayed here twice in March. The first time was for 1 night on our way through to London the next day on Eurostar and then for 3 nights when we returned to Paris. Overall the hotel is clean and the rooms are adequate for a budget hotel. We choose it largely on the previous reviews on tripavisor and the price. The location is definately not central Paris, but it is a short 3 min walk to the RER and Metro with direct access to all the tourist attractions (less than 15mins). The are seemed safe enough and there was a grocery store a few minutes walk from the hotel.We stayed in a family room with 2 adults and 2 children. As others had noted the rooms are small, but we found them fine for sleeping and the limited time we spent in the room. Carpets were a bit dirty and stained but everything else was clean. The hair dryer did not work well in one of the rooms and did not work at all in the other room. They did not have any spares at the reception so we ended up having to go out to buy a cheap one to use for a couple of days.The breakfast was great with freshly squeezed orange juice (the kids loved using the machine), coffee, tea, hot chocolate and an assortment of ham, bread, eggs, pastries, cheese, cerial and fresh fruit.We don't speak Frence and found the service from the staff to be excellent with the exception of the man working the front desk on the late evening of March 29th. He was rude and everything was too much trouble for him. Must have got him on a bad day.Overall, I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a budget hotel with good access to transit directly to Paris.

Very clean and tasty breakfast
The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious with all kinds of coffee, fresh orange juice, freshly baked croissants, baguettes...a really traditional french breakfast. The price for Paris was ok. The room was very clean. There was free wifi everywhere. The metro station is 3 minutes on foot

Shocking
Despite having reserved 2 family rooms and 1 twin room some 10 weeks before arrival (and having paid outright for the twin room) we were told when we arrived that not all our rooms were ready. After unpacking cars, we were then told that they didn't have 2 family rooms and that one family would have to be moved to another hotel. After some discussions and many calls by the hotel, we were relocated to another hotel some miles away. This delayed the start to our trip to Paris and also meant that pre gained knowledge of the area was rendered useless.

Inconvenience
Elevator was not in service all the days I stayed for 8days.We had to walk up and down stairs to the 3rd floors and the ground floor.It might be good for our diet, but not good at all for the guests of a hotel,and there were no information/note in English.It may be acceptable for 1 or 2 days, but for 8days I muat say that this hotel is of something very poor service and operation.

Good value for money!
The hotel is convenently located near the 'Meteor' metroline which takes you to the town center is less than 12 minutes. Staff was very friendly and eager to find solutions for a problem. Good soundproofing of windows and decent breakfast - for a dencent price... I will be back!
