Clean, Quiet, Value
Am surprised at the prices of hotels in Campbell. This is affordable and the place is kept. Kitchen has basic utensils with full range and oven. The room is one big box. The hotel does not offer twins or double beds so don't go looking. Had to do a bit a rearranging of furniture to use the sofa bed. Note- not walkable to anything (its safe, just nowhere to to walk to) Would stay again.

Residence is comfortable and classy
It baffles me how Residence Inn got under the Marriott brand, its so classy that it stands out compared to the other Marriott places i have stayed. Once more just when I am about to dump Marriott, Residence to the rescue. The kitchen had marble counter tops, plus an eating table in kitchen. Comfortable kitchen and neat. There was plenty of space in the room, even a seperate coat closet. I have not like a studio suite before but this one was so comfortable that I did not mind at all. The room was on the ground floor but sound proof windows meant i did not hear much from the outside.

Good Stay
Good place to stay for my family of six. We had a loft room which was great for all of us. The hotel is very nice and has a great staff that was very helpful and quick when I needed more towels for our stay. There was a nice breakfast in the morning and the grounds were kept very tidy. Minor problems: A broken lock on the window in our room that we had to rig with a utensil to keep locked and no laundry facility. Aside from that, it was a good stay!

Campbell Residence Inn is highly recommended!!!
I am a platinium Marriott member which means I stay in hotels at least 75 nights/year, this is by far the best Marriott hotel in term of great customer service. The big smile and the continuous greetings from all of the hotel employees to every customer is just amazing. I love them!I don't really want to single out one person because they all Rock, but I should say that Iran, the front desk person is the best asset of this hotel! Knowledgeable person, helpful, sympathic and highly professional. This is my third stay here and I would definetely come here if I get any business trip in San Jose area! Awesome Awesome Awesome

WOW! What great service.
We have been staying here on and off for months and what a wonderful find. The front desk, housekeeping, maintanence and food preparers are off the chart. They are helpful, courteous and professional. We are looking forward to returning next month again. We highly recommend this Residence Inn.
