Gave away our rooms
We made reservations weeks ago for a MEDITECH conference. I was first to check in, and had a message to call the front desk. They had overbooked and gave the other rooms away. So three of our party could stay at a quality inn, or share a room with a pull out bed. This on top of $12/night parking, and no continental breakfast. With no offer for a room refund. I am still baffled at how a room secured with a credit card can be given away

Updated room. Very clean, reasonable price
Husband and I stayed here on 6/1/13 for one night. We were on the 6th floor, room 634. It was a good size room that looked updated. New carpet with new bath fixtures. VERY clean. Bed was very comfy and lots of pillows. Parking was $14.00 for the night. Hotel is up on a hill and out of the way from things. There are 3 restaurants. We went to Kilroy's Pub. I had the baby spinach salad with a piece of grilled Salmon, pine nuts, goat cheese and blueberries. DELICIOUS! husband had the turkey club. Nothing walking distance, and after our night out (canned it),.we came back for a quick something, but they stopped serving. This was around midnight. Didn't want to pay for room service. If you want a nice room for under $200. This fits the bill. If you want.a.place that is walkable to anything, including the T into Boston, this too far on foot.

Nice hotel
Went here for business and it is a very comfortable, clean hotel with a nice restaurant inside as well. The exercise room is nice too. The only bad part is that is isn't in walking distance of anything.

Nice hotel...ok location.
Overall, a good Marriott property. Great beds, great gym, good concierge lounge, nicely appointed rooms. The only downside is the location, which isn't really walking distance to anything, but on the other hand is close to I-93 and the mall in Braintree. Overall, it is a nice hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful space, awful people.
Dirty towels in the bathroom upon arrival, and when informed the manager, he didn't believe me and asked if I am take him up to SHOW it to him. Despite the dirty towel, he just said oh, stain from the machine as if it was nothing. If that's not bad enough, my tub did not drain an I was showering in dirty water that was up to above my ankle. Oh, best part, every time someone flushes, it would sound like Niagara Falls in my room and the manager says that's impossible as if I am making it up! Awful service overall! Oh, and waiters will not wait on you despite you standing in FRONT of them, they will walk away!
