So far, so good - but VERY busy
Have been staying here weekly for about 7 weeks now. The front desk staff have been quick to meet my needs and are very friendly. I request the same room and they try to make sure I always get the same room. I am Platinum Elite so I get access to the Concierge Lounge on the 8th floor. This concierge is a little better than some of the other Marriott's I've stayed in and the staff in the lounge are exceptional. I enjoy the Summer Winter restaurant, but do not care for the Pub food. The fish in the "fish and chips" look and taste like frozen fried fish patties. It's a very busy hotel and if you get back too late in the evening, you will find that you have to park quite a ways from the door and there is no covered parking. I do like that this hotel offers shuttle service around the area to the mall and to restaurants and some of the area businesses and healthcare facilities.

Average - not sure why the cost is so high
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel for business. It is unclear to me why they can ask such a high cost per room. The rooms are small, they do not honor my Marriott preferences-I asked for an extra towel twice without getting one, there is no complimentary breakfast, or even a bottle of water. There was a bottle of water for sale in my room for $3.50 though! When we checked in on a Monday around 6, there was a line 7 people long just to check in, they did not have adequate staff at the desk.The location is very nice, being close to the Burlington Mall and tons of restaurants, but far enough away to have some quiet green areas.

This is a very busy Marriott
I have stayed here several weeks now and have mostly enjoyed it. The rooms are nice but very small if you happen to get a double room. The pub is very nice with a great atmosphere as well. The front desk is always very good and quick to get me checked in. It's just lacking in some of the personal touches to get it to that excellent rating--being a platinum elite, I know what it takes to get there too as I have stayed in several Marriott properties that get it.

Very pleasant friendly place to stay
The hotel is located near the Burlington Mall be far enough away to be in a quit spot.the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Rooms clean quiet and really comfortable beds and nice bedding.indoor and outdoor pool great to keep kids busy. Also good value

An over night stay that lasted 3 nights!
My husband unexpectedly became a guest of the Lahey Clinic. We were told to pack for an overnight and ended up staying 3 nights! Though his care was excellent, this review is about the Marriott. It is a business hotel during the week and more a vacation hotel on weekends. However, for me it was perfect! Since I did not want to travel back and forth, I made a reservation for 1 night (then added 2 more nights) at the recommendation of the concierge at the clinic. I did not have great expectations, as my mind was more on my husband than taking care of me. I love the Marriott chain and should have known better. The room was big and the bed was so comfortable! There was even a free shuttle that took me anywhere I wanted to go within a 2 mile radius. Whenever I needed a break, Anthony or another nice driver picked me up and took me wherever I needed to go. This helped me to have a break in the middle of the day. I could not have been treated better! Their customer service was excellent and there was even an orange or an apple at the desk when I came back from the hospital at night for a snack. Though my husband says that 4 days in Lahey is not considered a vacation, when I was at the Marriott, I tried to pretend it was!
