Great start to a vacation
We arrived early afternoon from New Zealand and the room was ready so that we could freshen up straight away. The welcome at the hotel was friendly and genuine, and the concierge could not have been more helpful. Our room overlooked the pool and it was perfect, so that we could enjoy the fresh air and a drink outside. The bathroom was a bit small but it was well appointed. Good water pressure. Its hard to believe it is an airport hotel; the aircraft noise was minimal, and not at all intrusive. The beds were very comfortable and we slept extremely well. Great breakfast at the hotel; superb standard of food and attentive service. Our onward flight to London meant that we had to kill a few hours after checkout. The lobby was perfect for the wait, with excellent wifi and a great Starbucks and restrooms.

Great airport hotel with a superb staff
My wife and I and another couple stayed at the Marriott LAX for a couple of days prior to a recent cruise. It was the perfect place to wind down for a couple of days before going on our adventure. Rooms were comfortable and quiet (which we appreciated one morning when we discovered the hotel had been taken over by hundreds of young girls in a dance competition) and the amenities were very good - great restaurant (Latitude 33) with an excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful outdoor pool, a Starbucks and a sports bar with a wide selection of beers from around the world and tasty food. But what we appreciated the most was the courteous, professional staff, the front desk clerks, room maids, wait staff and especially the concierges who helped us arrange an LA tour and direct us to local restaurants and stores. Everyone treated us with absolute professionalism. If we are ever in LA again we will stay there.

Great stay at a great price
I needed to spend some time in LA visiting family and attending a funeral. I was surprised at the quality of the room for the terrific price I paid (under $100 per night). Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the elevators were QUICK!, There is also a nice lobby shop. I will definitely stay here again. It is an easy shuttle ride from LAX and easy access to the LA area attractions.

Great Hotel!!
I really enjoyed this hotel! The staff was wonderful, helpful, kind and willing to make your stay pleasant! Free Wi-fi would have been nice in the rooms. Also, free parking would have been great! The conference rooms were great, except one room was always too cold or too warm. Close to the airport and free shuttle was great! Liked having the refrigerator in the room - microwave would have been a nice touch!

LOVED it!
we had a layover in LA so we booked this hotel. Spent some time at the pool, and headed on the #3 bus to the Santa Monica Pier for the day. Hotel staff was wonderful, above and beyond. While the hotel was a little older, everything was clean and in good working order. My 11 yr old daughter said it was "super fancy" ~ awesome time!
