Average
This was a fine hotel but not quite as comfortable as we hoped. The room was tiny and the bathroom was minuscule. I couldn't shave my legs in the shower because I couldn't lift my knees or bend over! My husband is tall and found the space difficult.Our room had a balcony and we enjoyed seeing the locals in the neighborhood.The rooftop terrace was lovely with a great view of Rome and a great bar. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Disappointed with this hotel
We chose this hotel upon the advice of our travel agent as we could not stay at our original choice of hotel. We were very disappointed as it is not as central as advertised on the website, it is a good 10-15 minute walk to the nearest Metro station 'Piazza Repubblica' and at least a half an hour walk to the Spanish Steps. The room we has was very dated and in desperate need for refurbishment, a friend who came with us was given a refurbished room which was nothing like our own, it had better bathroom facilities and looked much more modern, when we asked to change room there were no refurbished rooms left. The cocktail bar on the roof is a nice idea but it rained one evening we were there and only three tables were covered, the rest were soaked, there should be a canopy covering more tables so the bar can still be used. The cocktails in the bar were lovely but the food is very expensive and not great quality.I would not rate this as a four star hotel, 3 at best!

Mmmm very average
We have just stayed 4 nights at this Hotel and we found it to be very average,Our room felt like stepping into a "time warp", very 70's, a bright orange tiled bathroom with very poor toiletries and to top it off a mirrored bedroom with fake flowers, mmmm - bu t it was at least clean!The breakfast was such a disappointment, mushy kiwi fruit and apple that that turned brown was supposed to be the "fresh furit salad"! The Female Reception Staff were also very surly, I almost dreaded asking them anything!The Hotel is also a long way out from the "centre" so you need to bear this in mind!The one saving grace is that around the Hotel are some very good family run places to eat.To sum up this Hotel, I feel like it is not expecting any repeat Custom, I certainly wouldn't recommend it.The room was clean th

This Hotel is Adequate but you can do better!
Location, Location, Location. This hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist areas of Rome but so is nearly everywhere and the cobbles are hard on the feet. For my money I think it is possible to be nearer the places of interest.The hotel is fine in that there is a clean, smallish room, the staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is safe and welcoming. The breakfast is adequate but don't expect to be wowed. It does what it says on the tin.The Metro is a ten minute awl away, there are a number of local restaurants to choose from but you are away from the Roman colour that is the life blood of a weekend in this historic capital.

Fantastic Hotel
Everything about this hotel is great, no matter what time you go on the rooftop terrace the views are amazing, we had cocktails, wine ,food all at a good price, the staff were all really great, they were all very friendly and helpful , we felt so relaxed and chilled. It was very clean and we had an amazing view from the bedroom window ( 434). The location could not of been better 7 min walk from train station and we walked to all the sights. The Restaurants and Deli in Via Flavia are a must visit, I would give it 100%.
