What is TripAdvisor?
Clean, comfortable, close to metro, but kitchen is near-useless
My room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bathroom had a proper bathtub and bidet. All the 3 reception staff i met were friendly and helpful....

Clean, comfortable, close to metro, but kitchen is near-useless
My room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bathroom had a proper bathtub and bidet. All the 3 reception staff i met were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the kitchenette in the room is useless because, while there is a stove, fridge, and sink, there is nothing else: no plates, bowls, cups, utensils, or anything else. So, unless you bring (or buy) your own pots, dishes, and utensils, the kitchen is of no use.

Modern, well-equipped rooms
As others have said, this hotel seems a bit pokey when you first walk in but the rooms are amazing. Very spacious, clean and modern. Our room had a little kitchen which came in very handy for when we wanted to save some money and cook our own dinner. It didn't have any cutlery or utensils etc though so I'd recommend taking some with you. The hotel is within walking distance of most places in Madrid and is close to the subway too. A great find!

Some nit-picky things - but pretty good...
My husband and I have just returned from our stay at this hotel. We had a great holiday in Madrid and the accomodations were good. Manuel at the front desk was a great help and made navigating and getting information very easy. Hotel is very clean and our room had plenty of space - although there are no bowls or utensils to use in the kitchen area. Water pressure wasn't great and bed was a little hard to our liking, and we could hear our neighbors up and about at all hours. The price was right and the Metro stop is very convenient - and while some things could be improved I would still recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Suites 33 is a great choice
The front of the hotel is small and not impressive and the lobby is modest, but, once you see your room, you will be glad that you chose this hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern, very well equipped and spotless. In addition, this hotel is very well located, being near the major sites and close to the hop-on hop-off bus, subway and shops. Many tapas bars and restaurants nearby. Very good value for the money. I would definitely stay there again!

Good place to stay, convenient location
Hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station. The road it sits on is really nothing special and the hotel entrance is very small, almost easy to miss. Nevertheless our room was clean and spacious, also with a kitchenette (not equipped) and a refrigerator. Room had a funny smell when we checked in, but was ok after some ventilation. Our rate did not include breakfast, which would have been served at a close by hotel. Would stay again.
