Great Place for Vacation Travelers
Just finished a 3 night stay at the Hilton Canary Warf. This is one of the best Hilton's that I have stayed in. First of all it is easily accessed from the metro and has lots of restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is very quaint and is nice to walk around. Second this place has one of the most friendly staffs that I have encountered. The lady who was at the omelet station (I forget her name) was a real gem. The executive lounge was clean very well ran and was a bright spot. This hotel also has a great little fitness room with top of the line equipment, a steam room and sauna. I went there on a vacation and was glad I stayed there instead of the tourist zone.

Breakfast with a view!
We were finishing up a two week trip having spent many nights in several Hiltons and independent hotels. The range of what to expect was vast. Germany, Austria and Belgium. But the Hiltons we pretty much knew what to expect as far a nice rooms, executive breakfast even though my husband is an honors member they acted like we wouldn't be entitled but they then honored it. The staff was nice and it was close to the metro which we took to the Kew Gardens. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood but we had garage parking access.

One of best Hilton Hotels, and best exec lounge team in chain
I have stayed at Canary Wharf about 15 times this year, and overall I have to say it is one of the best Hilton Hotels that I have stayed at worldwide within the chain as a whole. Overall customer service is the highest of any hotel you would stay at.I am a diamond member, and my primary dealings are with the executive lounge team which are led by Fanny. Nothing is ever too much trouble in the lounge and most of the staff here (Anita, Laine, Elmira, Pia, Celia) will always do anything to accommodate and go beyond their role considerably. The breakfast offerings are always good, and the evening food on the whole is above other Hiltons, and with an enhanced drinks offering. On top of the great staff here, what also makes the lounge are the beautiful views over the Thames.Additionally, the rooms are very modern and functional with great views, and the location is on the DLR and so an easy commute to London. The hotel is ideal for the O2 or to beat staying in the central London due to the easy access.I have updated my previous review due to poor service from the Guest relations manager, Jamie who is one of the few who have been less than helpful in the past. I had arranged a 3pm checkout earlier in the evening and with great satisfaction he came to me at 11pm in the lounge and told me it was changed t012pm, and would not move by 30 minutes, Clearly however full the hotel is, no way will all check in at 12 and it does not take 3 hours to clean a room. He really could not have been more unhelpful (probably worse than a travelodge staff in their worst areas) and certainly lacking any guest relations skills (and the one day he covered the lounge, he had no interaction with guests but used his phone most of the time).Despite the above, the Operations Director called and rectified any issues and so I see as a one off, and the Operations Director could not have been more helpful.I suspect with staying at a hotel so much, you get used to seeing the stronger versus weaker staff!Additionally which is unique to most hotels, the night managers and staff could not be more helpful and friendly!On the whole, the executive lounge and fanny and her team make the hotel for me, including their service, and closely followed by the night team.One of my friends from the US stayed here for the weekend and said it was an amaziing lounge and that Fanny and Celia made it, and you see this from regular customers all the times.Highly recommend!And Thanks Fanny and the exec lounge / night team for all your great work!

Extremely Comfortable Hotel With Excellent Service
One of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in with regards to an undisturbed night's sleep. Clean throughout, super breakfast, excellent service, great location for London City Airport and especially good value of a weekend.

upgraded for the executive lounge
stayed here due to the price...bank holiday weekend..parking on street free and easy as weekend and no banks working..hotel cheap as they can`t fill the rooms and it`s a doddle to get into the center of london in 15 minutes..usually stay at the grange in st pauls, however never again..this is much cheaper..my only gripe is that we were upgradeed to a suite with the free executive bar.. this made us stay at the hotel more rather than bars around the city as it was free or at least come back early.can`t spend 4 pound a pint each when it`s free in the lounge, seems criminal..will certainly stay here again at weekends for all future london trips.
