Not a bad Choice
Went to Kissimmee for a family reunion. The hotel staff were very nice. The continental breakfast was adequate. We stayed in Room #118. This room is located directly in front of the main Hwy. nevertheless It was noisy. We stayed for three nights at the end of March. Weather was to cool to use the pool although there were people (maybe from Canada) swimming.

Not pleasant
Their were cockroaches in the room, but the management did change the room for us. Something was going on at that motel that was suspicious. We made the management aware of this. They did say security lived on the premises. But it made a very unpleasant stay. We would not stay there again.

Disgusting, Scary, and RUDE
To start, the room had cockroaches. Not just one, or even two, more like... ten. Unfortuantely our family did not have the luxury of relocating to a different hotel, but believe me, if we could, we would have been gone in a heartbeat. They lived under the refigerator where rotten food was festering. At first glance, the rooms looked clean, at least clean enough for the cheap price that we paid for the room, but when you start looking more its painfully obvious how disgusting everything is. The location of the hotel is terrible. A scary neighborhood. All in all, steer clear.

Good motel room, cold pool!
We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of March. The room was fine, just what we expected and paid for. The pool was big but cold, it really needed to be heated! We found the desk staff fine, no problems. The breakfast was ok, not a huge range and the second morning, they ran out of most things which was rather disappointing, especially as they advertised bagels and cream cheese and don't have either! Plenty of parking, was quiet despite the busy location. We would stay again except for the fact that we bought a lovely holiday property out there so shouldn't need to!

Just love love love it.
I moved from miami with me and my husband and children. The people at the front desk was awesome checkin in was not a hassle and the location was great close to everything rooms was updated and clean. Clean sheets I would always come here.
