strange hotel in a good location.
It was an Alice in Wonderland hotel. The colors were garish in purples and dark pinks and black, and the rooms were small. The bathroom had this terrible black and white small check tile and the toilet flushed half the time.The staff was courteous and helpful...however the choices for eateries was not good.

Something different!
This is such a quirky hotel but it works. It's really old world decor which makes a change from the other modern hotels around the city. The rooms are always spotless clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is great too such a wide variety.

Loved it
Stayed there for a concert a while back a great hotel. We couldn't believe it as we walked through the door. Great location, friendly staff,decor amazing,room nice and clean and spacious. Can't say any better. We will be definitely revisiting

Great Location and price in the centre of Dublin
Just spent 3 days in the Trinity Capital and it is ideally placed to see the sights of Dublin. The staff were friendly, breakfast very good and the prices within the hotel bar reasonable and cheaper than many of the pubs that we visited.The room was a good size although there was little space to store clothes - even the little we took on Ryan Air as hand luggage was a bit of a struggle to fit in! The hotel was full of interesting bits of furniture and decoration - definitely a good place to stay for a short break and we would stay here again.

In one word - eclectic
Stayed in one of the new Tara rooms. Very large rooms with a big comfy bed. The decor of the rooms and the whole hotel was...eclectic. Rich colours all round and some pieces of furniture scattered around that seemed to reflect a sense of wanderlust by the designer. What looked like bronze Buddha's in certain places, older almost antiquey pieces in others. Not objectionable, just a bit eclectic. Prices were quite good.
