Fantastic Hotel
What made this such a great hotel was the service, style, location and cleanliness of the room. The hotel has a nice bar, restaurant and outside terrace. Although the pool was somewhat tiny it was enough for doing some laps. My only complaint was that we didn't have an iron in our room. I'd recommend staying on the 6th or 7th floor (depending on your budget) as the 7th floor has a balcony. Try to get a room at 601 / 701 as you'll have a nice view and it's away from the elevators.

Great value for money
Situated centrally near the tiergarten, the hotel offers everything you look for in a 5star venue. No wonder it is frequently booked for weddings, parties and other festivities. Wifi in the rooms would be good; other than that rooms are spacious and the spa area is good as well. Only the breakfast is a little over the top with 22 ¿¿¿ and 9 ¿¿¿ to visit the sauna should be included in the price really. Would stay there again!

Great stay
I spent one night in this hotel when visiting Berlin for business. The room was of a good size with comfy bed. I don't really understand why they charge for a Wi-Fi. An average coffee shop has a free Wi-Fi, but a 5* hotel does not. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. I wanted to switch the rooms from two single beds to one large bed. It was not a problem and the front desk staff as well as the housekeeping personnel was professional and helpful.

Very well operated business hotel
Just to say, professional and well operated business hotel. the rooms are really big. staff was friendly. beds, tv, and in general everything in the room is as it should be. internet connection is a bit problem. when you enter multiple times in an hour it seems to double.

Good Hotel in a bad location
Large rooms for European standards. Standard Decoration of american chain hotels: clean and functional. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very polite and efficient (like everybody in Germany).The big negative point: the hotel is situated in a very bad location for tourists. The nearest metro station is blocks away. The tourist attractions are also far from the hotel. So don't stay here, except you like to walk a lot or have lots of ¿¿¿ to spend in taxis.
