It's OK but......
Stayed here with a tour party from the UK.I thought the rooms weren't bad, everything clean enough so "housekeeping" are doing their job. Breakfast is fine so the staff there are doing theirs too. I find the air-con usually too noisy so It's best switched off if it bothers you. There is no bar here which probably makes it feel a bit dead here. My only serious gripe is that reception won't cash an American Express traveller's cheque at all, a cardinal sin in my book. Thankfully they will accept them in the Bamboo Restaurant, even when you have only spent a small amount in there. There are some other restaurants nearby, one on site and about three or four over at Legacy Place (the hotel will run you over there for free). It does take a long time to get to town or return but it could be worse.

Standard hotel with some inconvenience
Hotel staff does not follow the do not disturb door hanger rules, which is disappointing if you have confidential items out.Showers were a little cold at 7am, to many rooms to supply.Otherwise its a standard hotel but prob. Not worth the high rates!

Good Enough
Fine for a night or so, particularly if you get a good rate. The chief charm of this place for us is its proximity to our family. Facility is "lived in"...a bit shabby actually, but clean enough.Great bed & pillow choices make for a good night's sleep--which was all we really needed. Food is okay to good, priced at usual on-the-road, i.e. not cheap,range. No special guest assistance; people at desk calmly observed as I tried to wrangle 4 heavy bags and an octogenarian into the lobby. A bit of help would have been nice. Free internet & an available computer off the lobby are a benefit. We had trouble finding the actual entrance to this place. Our GPS wanted to go the most direct route, which had no signage to guide us. After stumbling around several bank & other parking lots, all the while able to see the huge Holiday Inn sign, but not find the driveway, we finally made a few illegal turns to reach Ariadne Drive. Can't help thinking one little guide sign couldn't cost that much...and would improve travelers spirits!

3 times is a NO...
I have been in this place three times. I was booked here by my client. I had no saying. And I don't think they ever stayed here. On all three times I checked in, I have asked to be moved from the original room. One room smelled terrible, the second had a heating unit that sounded like a MAC truck! The third one had a lovely view to the roof and the amazing sound of the extractor.All beds are comfortable and clean. Can't deny that. But then, the carpets, on all six rooms I have seen, have huge dirty spots throughout. There are not enough electrical outlets! On the third stay, I brought my own extension cord! The bathrooms are from the 50's... The toilets are VERY small. Sitting on them is very uncomfortable. Specially for a "man"... There is rust and chips on the bathroom doors. I guess that I may be spoiled, but for the money they want per night, this is not worth the suffering. I will try the Fairfield Inn down the street.Oh... And I heard from the shuttle driver that the Hotel has been remodeling for some years... Go figure.

Surprisingly Nice
Our stay was 4/5/13. The front desk staff were very friendly. Got to our room and it was recently renovated with nice finishes, a flat screen TV, free wifi and very clean. The only draw back was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. The fold out couch, which we needed to use, was so uncomfortable, my kids could barely sleep on it. The breakfast was included in our rate and was a very generous all you can eat buffet, but they also had grab and go fresh fruit, bagel, muffins and yogurt. All in all a very nice hotel and right across the street from the Legacy PLace mall which was very convenient.
