A great one-night stay
The BEST SHOWER in Italy! Hot water and lots of it!!! We had rooms 114 and 115. Elevator was small but worked fine. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. Everything look like it was recently renovated. Wifi signal was strong in our rooms.Contrary to the hotel's website, there is no shuttle to the airport and the clerk in the lobby (a very small foyer) said it is too far to walk. She estimated 14 euro to take a taxi.The free parking was behind a gate and very full, but we found a slot. I returned our rental car in the morning - leaving at 6:45 to go get fuel, drop off the family at the airport, drop off the car and take the rental shuttle back to the airport. That was plenty of time to make our Saturday 8:40a flight.The clerk gave us directions to take the city bus from the hotel to the Train Station (Maria Novella) and even was able to sell us tickets (1.30 euro for 90 minutes of bus travel). It was easy and took about 15 minutes. Other than the misnomer in the name of the hotel, it met our needs and we had no complaints. And did I mention that the shower was WONderful.

Good location but there's better still
I stayed here for one night before an early flight - the location is good but there were some hotels even closer to the airport. The staff were very friendly though and willing to help us. The breakfast buffet was very good value.

No electricity and passed out staff
We had a reservation for the end of July. We tried 2 rooms and there was no electricity in either. The guy at the counter was passed out in the lobby when we went back to the lobby and we could not rouse him. We had to go to the hotel next door to get out of the parking gate, and they helped us find another room at another hotel. They did refund our money for both the nites we had already reserved and paid for, but it was a creepy and scary experience. I cannot comment on the rooms, because it was pitch dark and I never saw them.

Great Value for Money
My wife and I spent a night here before getting an early flight out of Florence airport the next morning, so we never had time to sample the breakfast. Check in...very welcoming and very efficientThe room....on the small side but it had everything we could ask for, including good wifiThe bathroom...again a little small but well appointedRoom and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy. Checkout...finished how it started. Efficient staff, very good at what they do. We rate them 10/10. Walls are a bit thin but that's common even in higher priced hotels. Our rating is based on the excellent value for money. A four or five minute taxi ride to the airport. We will most definitely stay here again.

Good value for money Hotel
My husband and I stayed just for 1 night at this hotel on our way to Monteleone, we had arrived on a late flight so this hotel was very convenient. We arrived at about 11pm and were greeted by a smiling porter who helped us with our bags and checked us in within minutes we were in our room.We wanted a coffee before bed so my husband went down to reception where they were only to pleased to make one for us even at 11.30pm.The room was clean and spacious with a nice size bathroom and for the money very adequate.I would recommend this hotel just for ease from the airport, I cannot comment about its surroundings as we arrived in the dark and left quite early.I would stay at this hotel again.
