Rooms at La boulevard hotel
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are going for economy rooms. The rooms on the 4th floor are all attick room where the ceiling come down and you hit your head all the time. Rooms are too small, bathrooms are small, you can hardly stand in the bath because of slanting ceiling. Room no 430 is worst. No space in the bathroom for toiletries.Ovverall, very bad experience with bumps on our head.paople at reception and in brakfast room were not friedly at all. I would not reccomend this hotel to any one especially if are given economy class rooms.

Don't do it!
They annouce the room with ar condition, internet and etc. The problem is the ar condition doesn't work and the internet you have to pay for a poor conection and is very expensive! On the bar on the left side of the Hotel the internet is free!The service is not good. Only the location is good.I not recomend. Try another place!

Nice clean hotel in a good location, but don't book the economy rooms!
We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of May, we booked an economy room on the 4th floor, room no 433. The hotel is nice, clean and the location is ideal for exploring Venice or Lido. However, the economy rooms are way too small, especially the bathrooms and the bathtubs. We are slim girls and we still struggled to have a shower. Also, the air conditioning was not working, we complained about this at the reception and they said that it wasn't the time for the air conditioning as it was still cold outside, however we were boiling in the room and we had to sleep with the windows open, which made everything more bearable. Other than that, the room was clean and so was the hotel. The breakfast was ok, not a great choice, a few juices from the juice machine (which by the way were not natural nor freshly squeezed), scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, white bread, croissants, apples, cereals and a coffee machine, that was all it was in the breakfast room.Overall the hotel is ok if you are on a budget holiday, but as long as you don't book the economy room, just book the standard rooms and you'll be content :)

great hotel for visiting venice
just back from staying at boulevard hotel, must say as soon as we walked through hotel doors my girlfriend and I were given very warm welcome, booked economy room but were upgraded to a lovely room 232, room was spacious and very clean, bathroom with bath and shower, couldn't fault this room, hotel is very clean all round, breakfast is very good as well, I am such a fussy person, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting venice, staff are most helpful as well. internet access in lobby as well as wi fi all over hotel. hotel is 2 minutes walk from water taxi port we arrived from airport by boat 27 euro return which is very easy to do, venice itself is only 5 minutes by boat 14 euro return tho I would recommend buying a 24/48 hour ticket, good value, overall please stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed, booked trip for my girlfriends 50th birthday and she loved it, nice restaurants on same street and beach which is lovely and clean 10 minute walk away. hope to be back next year

A good Location for Visiting Venise
We stayed here for 3 nights with Broadway Travel, our room was large ( was a family room but only 2 of us staying), very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel location was ideal as it was near to the water taxis, and right in the centre of restaurants, shops and bars also only about 10 minutes walk from the beach, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle if you dont want to be in the Venice town. The restaurant was clean and the breakfasts had a good selection.The only downside was we had the window open at night as the air con didnt work and we were near the main road which was quite noisy really early in the morning so ask for room away from the road.Overall good value for money for budget break.
