The concierges and front desk staff were very friendly.We had no problems whatsoever. Victoria Station is VERY near and this was great for us who travelled by tube everywhere.

Works for me.............
This hotel has a great location at the Victoria Station in London. After a quick "tube" ride from Heathrow and a short walk from Victoria we were there. Check in was quick and professional.The rooms were clean and neat with nice decor, so I was quite peased. This hotel was a great starting place for all of my city tours since I use the subway to get around. The only thing that I didn't care for was the included breakfast. They just don't know how to cook eggs. Their breakfast buffet scrambled eggs were more like egg soup. So if you like raw eggs you will be fine.Nevertheless, overall, I think this is a great hotel, and I would come back again.

Very handy for Victoria Station
Literally a few seconds walk from Victoria Station, great when you are arriving at night. Nice hotel, helpful staff and the bed was really comfy. Be careful to get an inward looking room or you hear all of the announcements from the station. Only there for one night on this visit and I got a bargain price through a deal with a holiday company, not sure I would pay the full rate for this hotel, my bug bear of not having a wardrobe, although the net curtain did hide this a bit, nice bathroom and good shower. But why do 4 and 5 star hotels think they can charge for wireless internet - ¿¿5 for an hour, nearly ¿¿20 for 24 hours. The budget chains give free access, it really is about time the higher end caught up!

Renovation works ongoing and no water supply
This was a trip that we had been looking forward to, one night stay in London. I'm still waiting for compensation to be given for a really poor experience. DO NOT stay on the 6th floor. They conveniently forgot to tell us that there would be building work on 7th Floor from 9am-5pm. So we faced countless hammering noise. Not what you would expect. After about two hours of this we decided to complain, we were told that there should have been a notice in our room... sorry but I would have expected to have been told about this on check in arrival and asked if this would be a problem, if so another room to be suggested. This is what I would expect from service brand such as Hilton.So, to get out of there, we wanted to shower, freshen up and check out, but there was no water supply at all. Again another huge disappointment, afterall what else do you expect from a good quality hotel apart from a good sleep and a decent shower/bathroom facility?I suggest you pro-actively ask if there are any renovation works if you want a lie-in, because the staff will not proactively inform you. Or of course choose somewhere with a better sense of service.

Expected a lot more
I stayed here for 2 nights for work and was disappointed. I will not stay here again and really expected more from a Hilton. The staff at the front desk was not very welcoming or nice, and they gave the people in front of me the key to an occupied room so my check in was disrupted by those guests returning to the front desk upset and the clerk getting flustered trying to finish my check in and deal with the other upset guests. The internet was terrible, I got kicked off line every 5 minutes and for the exorbitant price they charge for it, that is really not acceptable. When I called the front desk to complain about it and ask if there was something they could do about it, they did remove the charges, but I needed to work that evening and the intermittent access made it very difficult. When I checked out, and asked the concierge about a taxi, he did not answer me, just pointed vaguely across the street. While there was a taxi stand there, I could not see that from inside the hotel with a huge truck parked in front of it, so I left the way I came, feeling like the staff could not care less about me as a customer or guest. The location is quite good, very close to Victoria station, but that was also a slight issue as my room faced the station and I could hear track announcements in my room and traffic from the street.
