Very Nice, Well Run, Great Staff !!1
This is one of the best Extended Stays that I have been to. I stayed there 3 months while I worked in Boston. Everything is very new and has a fresh clean feeling. . The room was comfortable , clean and nicely set up. The staff were all awesome to deal with especially Rob, Adele, and Rochelle . Matt the manager really does a good job keeping the place running smoothly. I did not want to leave this place because it truly felt like home !!.

Did not make up room, only had a lot of excuses.
Left hotel @ 10 AM and we came back @ 9 PM, and to our surprise the room was not made up or cleaned. Did not have clean towels. Called and complained, somebody bought up fresh towels. the air conditioner only blew hot air. We opened windows and had fresh air.asked for cups, never received them. There is supposed to be silverware and dinnerware, this was very sparse. I would not stay at this company again.

Very nice people
Stayed here two nights while the floors were being refinished. Front desk folks were consistently pleasant and helpful. Room was OK, and pretty quiet. Location is extremely convenient to major roads, support services. Right next door to the Hilton, at (I'm sure) a much more reasonable cost.

Excellent long-term solution
This was the perfect solution to a long-term stay in the Boston area. The rooms were just renovated and were nice. The staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

A well-managed facility and new rooms
I have stayed at a lot of extended-stay hotels, and this was head and shoulders above the rest. The room was almost all new and nicely done in relaxing earth tones. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way for me. One can always tell when a hotel is being managed by someone who really cares and is setting a high standard for the staff. It makes all the difference and you will see it at this hotel. I will be back.
