Great Customer Service
I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and I have to say all the employees at this hotel are great. Anything we asked of them they were right on top of it. I'm going to be back in town next month and I will be staying again next time I come in to town. Best rates and employees!!!!!

Excellent customer service
Been to many hotels, motels, travel to different locations for my job. Just want to share my experience with a staff employee who always goes above and beyond. Its nice to have an employee who Listens,Cares and knows how to do her Job to the Best of Her Ability..... Giving the Best Customer Sevice is hard to find. Just Like to Thank Hanna for all her help and Outstanding Customer Service!!!! Thanks to Red Roof to Have Her as an Employee!!!

disgraceful
Upon initial check in I specified non smoking and was given a room that was obviously occupied by a troupe of at least 20 chain smokers. I returned to office and was given another room. This room was musty and still smelled like smoke however to be fair it may have been the cloying residue of the previous room on my clothing. The bathroom however had the pungent aroma of a gas station urinal. Yes it smelled strongly of urine and the toilet paper roll was almost empty no big deal there if it weren't for the fact that it had the deeply imprinted formerly wet finger impressions of the prior occupants. Next no Internet no on command services. Next beer cans and empty cases on walkways in stairwells. Next sticky sludge substance and garbage in elevator which smelled like spilled beer. Cigarette butts on walkways and stairwells. The service staff were very apologetic and helpful and I do not fault them so much as management for allowing a site located in what is a premier business hub to degrade to this level of pulchritude.

Good value
The hotel is located quite well and for the $60 per night it is good value with huge room; two queen size beds. The reception guy bit cold. I don't blame him as I checked him around mid-night. When I requested for the lighter, he simply said he does not have it and did not make any effort to look around or suggest. I must say he was not really friendly. The A/c in the room kept running all night without really cooling anything and so even though the beds were big, I did not get much sleep. I will move out today and look for something else better.

Oh no
We first showed up and everything was fine. But Friday night cops arrived to arrest a drugged out twenty year old. And I am 9 months pregnant so this made me a little nervous. The managers were nice and respectful. The lobby and rooms were clean. Saturday night cops arrived again. And before this inccident men kept asking my boyfriend if he had drugs. While the cops were here they weren't loud and bothersome. So in all together the folks who run this place should really watch who they let in.
