Great place to stay for the theatre
I'm a theatre buff and came to London to see several shows. The hotel's location is excellent for this, you can walk to all the theatres.I expected that my room might be noisy, as the hotel is on Shaftesbury Avenue, but I didn't hear any traffic. The breakfast buffet is excellent and good value, lots of coffee refills.Every member of the staff I encountered during my stay was friendly and helpful.I'll definitely stay here again.

Heart in the City
The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and genuine. Hotel is in the perfect location for anyone going to the theater or wanting to explore Central London (everything is within a 5 minute walk). Can be a little noisy but there are quiet rooms available - just ask. Breakfast was worth it & the dining staff will go out of their way to accommodate any requests. The staff made the stay & our visit very memorable. They were passionate & wore their hearts on their sleeves.

Absolutely marvelous experience!
By son and I were just in London on business and stayed at this hotel. It was -- in every way -- an A+ experience. We have always stayed in 5-star hotels in London (the Churchill & The Ritz) and the reason we made an exception and chose to stay here was due to the location. It was the absolute PERFECT location for us and, as it turned out, the entire stay -- and all the elements -- were ideal. The club room was perfect, and the staff EXCEPTIONAL. At the front deal, Anna was immensely helpful in every way, as was Ruby, and the concierge Zhivko cannot be bettered. He went out of his way to be helpful. In the cafe, Eva was terrific, as was Irena. The whole experience was simply wonderful. We are determined to make this our regular hotel on all our London trips. First class
I stayed here with my daughter for a weekend break and we both loved this hotel. The lobby is brightly coloured and the welcome was warm. We had a lovely club room, with free minibar, fruit and wifi. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety.Overall excellent.

Fantastic city break!
On arrival, we just knew that the staff were passionate about their work and tried their hardest to accomodate for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the club room, 407. It was immaculately clean, with some fantastic facilities, such as a minibar, a plate of fruit, room service, plenty of complementary toiletries, a well stocked hospitality tray, a TV in the bathroom and the bedroom, a bath, telephones, a lot of storage, a safe and a minibar, which we didn't expect from a four star hotel. At breakfast, there was a fantastic spread of hot and cold items, and most of all, I would love to thank the waitresses, who could not have done a better job of making us feel welcome. This hotel is a gem, with the best location!
