next to the metro. only 4 min. walk. very hand to go anywhere in Paris. walking distance to shoping center or catch the metro for next station to shoping. price good. room was good only have problen with shower hot water mixture.

Great value for money
Friendly and helpful staff. Very understanding and sympathetic when we explained we'd had to cancel the credit card used to make the booking and needed to pay with another card - due to being pickpocketed on the metro! Great value for money - great location, close to the metro, and very comfortable beds. Varied and plentiful breakfast too. We had a triple room with plenty of space for all our cases and stuff

Misleading adverts = poor quality stay
Positively : the area was safe, quiet and close to the MetroNegative : we were given a tiny, run down room that needs a good clean, a coat of paint and repairs to the table.The coat of paint was being applied to other rooms on the floor so we had the noise of workmen and the stink of paint from shortly after 7am for our entire stay. We asked to be moved and were told there were no other rooms. This reply was disingenuous and fake and I do not believe the hotel was full.The shower is like a coffin. There was barely enough room to raise your arms to wash your hair and if you moved to far in any direction your skin came in contact with the freezing cold glass/tiles. There was also no heating in the bathroom which made the experience even more unpleasant.The breakfast they offer is 11 Euro per person per day. Don't be fooled, there is a great little bakery down the road and it costs a pittance.There are no English speaking tv channels other than BBC World Wide. You don't need tv to survive but the choice would be nice to have.I could not, in good faith, recommend this hotel to anyone. It is worth spending a little extra money and getting somewhere better. Also, for all the shiny, glossy brochures they have in the room, it is highly insulting to stay in what they provide.

Excellent Value for Money
Very close to the Corvisant and Place D'Italie Metro station, Timhotel is conveniently located in a silent neighborhood yet close enough to the activity of Place D'Italie. An extremely safe quarter, we were extremely pleased with the service provided. Good english speaking team, great breakfast and rooms big enough for resting.Were also very helpful with the cloak room provision allowing us to keep our baggage for a week while we were off to Barcelona and Lisbon.Great experience for the price. I recommend!

An unpleasant stay
Tiny rooms and in the shower you can't even revolve around yourself. Basic amenuties such as a blow-drier are missing. The hotel needs a total renovation or at least cleaning. The staff us grumpy and the breakfast is a shame. The location is not bad, witb Butte aux Cailles nearby, but the direct neighbourhood is awful.
