horrible horrible horrible.how on earth a place like this can have a license ???? i can not believe it.i have been all over the world and i can admit that this is the dirty crap i have ever been.outdated and not safe rooms.broken bed and they holding it with a piece of wood. windows crap. breakfast is at the reception no tables or chairs only stools.i did not even bother having it.because its so so dirty jams n butter.they charge 4 cards alrhough i ve booked online i had to pay more charge.they charge for wifi which you can have it free on all hotels and cafes nearby.old receptionist got the worse customer service ever.to be honest i won't recommend it to my ennemy let alone a friend.

Not a single word in the whole English language can't describe how horrible this hotel is!We 've booked a triple room and unfortunately we stayed there for 3 nights.It was our first trip to London and it was of the cheapest hotel we could book. It is located in a good area and judging from the website it look quite descent. As soon as I enter the hotel I freaked out!The smell was horrible and the staff had Absolutely NO Idea what manners are.The room was awfully small for three people, but most importantly it was dirty. The sheets were obviously not clean, along with the towels! When I when to the reception to make a complain and ask to change the towels they didn't even apologies!If you have any sense of personal hygiene I would strongly recommend to ovoid this hotel!!! We knew that the hotel wasn't that good but we didn't actually expect to be in such condition. Frankly I have no idea how is it possible that this hotel it remains open!

The staff are okay, but don't go out of thee way to make you welcome. The rooms are comfortable and close to several key attractions and most important close to the train stations and bus stations. There is also a few good food places close by and also a grocery store. Overall, I would stay there again, but only for people who will be active, and only need a bed to lay in and shower/toilet at the end of a day of hard travels.

I think if you travel a lot that you don't need a all-inclusive hotel. I had no claims or particular demands, but on site there is written " breakfast included", well, in the last day the porter(I think the same of the owner of hotel) ask me 3¿¿ for each breakfast(so much for provided service).If I had knew, I wouldn't have had breakfast there, because there was ONLY bread and one type of jam.If you ask them something before arriving, they don't answer (NEVER) to email or phone number.On web site tell you that there is a water heater for tea, I had a kettle with mud on the bottom that you can't remove, tea left under a lot of dust. TERRIBLE.For room it's useless that a tell you what I've found.There is NO TOWEL, I absolutely don't advice this "hotel", also considering low price, but if you have already booked, Take care of you and bring all from your home!

I have stayed this hotel for about 3 days in the winter.but as soon as i entered the room, i found that the room was so cold and heater hardly worked.so, i had to wear a lot of clothes during in bed. Moreover, there was construction outside of the room. So, someone looked into my room and sound was so noisy. in addition to these points, the reception charged me extra money to me (about ¿¿¿30) because of their failure.if you look at this, i recommend you to avoid park hotel with considerable certainty. it is obvious there are better hotels in London with similar the lodging fee.i apologize the my bad English, i hope everybody can consider my review.
