A Jurys Inn to let down the others!
Lets start with a positive, the location is lovely+v.close to the train station+riverside walk. I have stayed in many Jurys Inns+booked with good faith that my 2 night stay here would be enjoyable, but I was unfortunately disappointed from the very start by its staff. On arrival the reception desk had four staff all heads bowed+no welcome, I was the only customer to be seen but was left waiting for a few minutes with each individually looking up to see I was waiting but still no hello may I help. This service, or lack of, was truly astonishing to me+I really think the management should look at who they employ more closely. Eventually, one of them asked who was on check ins to which the other 3 blankly looked at each other before another saying they'd be another few mins....?? What a great start,it didn't really fill me with hope of my stay here. Anyways I got to the room+it was a typical Jury's Inn room so I was happy with this,however the window looked onto the street+passers by could see straight in so no privacy at all. Breakfast was buffet style+enjoyable,staff were better here,they were friendly+attentive clearing tables+replenishing food regularly. For the money paid I would say it was not great value+I would look at staying elsewhere next time.

Great location, great breakfast, the rest not so great.
Stayed here for 2 nights with a friend, about a 1 min walk from the train station. As we entered the building to check in, there were 4 receptionists behind the counter, not one of them looked up to greet us, we were stood there for a couple of minutes waiting to be acknowledged until one said "who's on check ins". We eventually got to out room which was nice, if a little shabby, paint work needed in the bathroom. The beds were comfy but the wifi in the rooms was far too expensive. The breakfast was great, the highlight of my stay! On leaving we asked how much it would be for a late check out, they asked for ¿¿10 per hour we wanted to stay, far too much! and after breakfast on the day of leaving we couldn't get back into our room to collect our things, so we had to ask a housekeeper who didn't speak a word of English to help us! Customer service was very poor. Won't be staying here again.

Great location top hotel
Recently stayed at the jury's inn Chelsea for a short shopping trip, fantastic location literally outside a train station not that you hear any disturbance of train noise, local supermarket opposite encase you forget your toothbrush, breakfast tasted great and was plentiful, staff were helpful room was clean and the bed was very comfortable I got a great nights sleep, I would happily stay here again and would definately recommend to others. Close to the embankment for an evening walk.

value for money
the hotel was clean, comfotable, reasonably priced, riverside location. the breakfast was over piced at ¿¿11.00 pp but there is a tesco express oposite. Imperial wharf is a 2 minute walk with a choice of bars and resturants. would definately use again
