Very good hotel
We stayed one night around Easter time and we loved it. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, no noise. The reception helpful and polite (a bit slow at checking in, but nothing major). The hotel is VERY close to a metro station and at a very reasonable distance from Place des Vosges and Notre Dame (just to say a few turistic attractions).I will go again.

Good Hotel
We stayed three nights at this hotel. (We thought we had booked a different hotel we stayed at before but apparently we made a mistake). The hotel is located in a nice area with easy walking distance to outside cafes, bars, and the Seine and Notre Dame. The staff was good and very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately for us there was a late spring and it was cold and raining. Our room looked out on an interior garden and square. I imagine a little later in the year or if spring wasn't late it would have been beautiful but it was cold and drab. The hotel was absolutely first rate for business travelers with good in hotel restaurants and meeting rooms. I think it was geared more for the business traveler than the tourist though and so there was more of a business feel about the place than I would normally like. The room was clean and had amenities such as a small stove, micro wave and frig which was very nice to have. I had two criticisms for the place. First the room was so narrow that I literally had to crawl on top of the bed to get to my side of the bed, look out the window, or get up during the night. The bed took up the whole end of the room and you could not walk around it, which I thought was a bit odd. Second, the bed had a thick coverlet rather than blankets. At night if you put the coverlet over you were too warm and if you did not you were too cold. But these are small matters and if the garden had been in bloom and the weather more accommodating the small matters would have been made smaller yet.

Excellent hotel close to city centre Paris
What a great find. We chose this for the underground parking in favour for city centre. The rooms were a little small but really lovely with self catering facility if you wanted. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Situated a minutes walk from the Metro which was 6-7 stops to the centre but also within a leisurely walk into the centre passing all of the big sites. The were a few great coffee shops locally where breakfast was very welcome if you wanted to opt for a local breakfast rather than hotel breakfast, plus an area with some nice restaurants where we ate a couple of times and wasn't quite as expensive as the centre of Paris with better service. The hotel has a lovely courtyard and on a warm day I'm sure would be very relaxing with a nice glass of wine. However coming from London we found Paris expensive. Well visit the hotel again in future.

Nice friendly and accommodating staff
Stayed at the Hotel Les Jardins du Marais March 23-31. We arrived from the US around 11am in the morning but couldn't get into our room until 3pm. They held our bags so we could walk around and sight see. When we were given our room they upgraded us from Standard room to Executive room (which basically had a cook top and microwave) but it was slightly bigger than the standard. They explained since we were staying for so many days we were upgraded.Rooms were clean and comfortable by European standards. The shower with a tub was a little hard to navigate because there was no curtain and only small glass partition near the shower head to block the water when you shower. We made a daily game of trying to NOT flood the bathroom.The free internet is really slow but you can pay for higher speed internet.Our room had a special offer when we booked for free breakfast daily which was a great bonus to get started in the morning. Some meats, eggs, breads, fruits and pastries, always stocked and clean.The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Communicating in English was not a problem. The hotel is made up of several buildings and a middle courtyard. It was chilly while we were in Paris so unfortunately we did not get to enjoy sitting out here, but it was also quiet at night. Nice area and plenty of stores and restaurants.

Design hotel, romantic!
Hotel LJDM is a great and comfortable place to stay at with a romantic setting in le Marais.Its close to metro and cool shopping and lovely restaurants. Between Bastile and Republic it's never far to anything you need.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Clean and nice hotel with cool design.
