We stayed here for the May Day Bank Holiday. A last minute booking for 3 nights that turned out to be a great find. I'm a fussy customer. This B&B surpassed our expectations and we have no hesitation in recommending it to those of you seeking a great B&B. Claire couldn't be more welcoming or customer focussed. On top of that the house is in a great location 5 minute walk from the beach and the town with all the nice restaurants and pubs. Yes it is opposite the Swanage railway - but this a steam and diesel service - which is amazing (a taste of English history) - so we thought this was a bonus. It's the extra touches that make this B&B stand out. The lemon squeezer that arrives with your smoked salmon and scrambled egg at breakfast, the cooler in each room for wine, milk are just a couple of examples. The breakfast and hospitality of this B&B are generous, the rooms comfortable and your host warm and welcoming. You couldn't ask for more. Book your stay at Robertsbrook Guest House, you won't regret it.

We were greeted very warmly by host Claire who immediately offered us a welcome cup of tea. Our room was delightfully decorated, with very comfy bed. Breakfasts excellent & on the morning of my husband's birthday he was presented with a bottle of wine, card & not forgetting the sparkler in the sausage!!We had a very good stay,other ammenities all close @ hand, we would definitely would recommend Robertsbrook.

Have just returned from Robertsbrook guest house and was delighted with everything from the warm welcome claire gives you to the excellent service nothing is too much trouble, the rooms have everything you could wish for spotlessly clean, comfy bed, good quality bed linen and towels. The breakfast was excellent with a very varied meu I would recommend this guest house to ANYONE and I know you wont be disappointed.Lynn

I've never written a review before but was compelled to do so after staying here for the weekend with my partner and 8 month old baby. The facilities were great - clean rooms, great breakfast - as commented on by everyone else. But what made this place special was Claire's attention to detail to make us and our baby feel welcome. A travel cot with beautifully soft linen, use of the microwave to sterilise bottles and a high chair and place setting at breakfast complete with baby cutlery! Even Coco the dog seemed happy to have us there! I couldn't recommend the place more highly.

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Robertsbrook. I can't praise this B&B enough! Claire made us feel so welcome,she gave us coffee on arrival, and told us all we needed to know about the Guest House.We stayed in room 2 which had just been redecorated,what a lovely room it was,some might say it was a bit girlie,but I loved it. There were bath robes provided and luxuriously soft towels,our bed was really comfortable and had crisp white linen. The shower in our en-suite was really powerful. Breakfast was amazing,all cooked to order,nothing was too much trouble for Claire. I just happened to mention to Claire that it was Colin and I's wedding anniversary while we were staying with her,when we got up for breakfast on Friday Claire had put a bottle of wine,card,balloon and chocolates on our table,such a wonderful surprise and so thoughtful.I would recommend this Guest House to anyone,I'm certain they will not be disappointed.
