LOVELY FRIENDLY STAY
The house is very nice and Jon & Jules are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The bedrooms are comfortable with loads of tea and coffee biscuits and bottled water. Its very quiet and peaceful and the garden room and garden is great. Breakfast was just brilliant a really nice play to stay. Climping is also a nice little village with its own beach. We thoroughy enjoyed ourselves.

A little gem on the south coast
This is a great base for a relaxing break on the south coast, with Climping beach just a short walk along the lane, and options to walk along the coast or through fields to Littlehampton. Jon and Jules are welcoming hosts and provide a super breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, though note that they have baths, not fixed showers.

heaven in climping
we were a bit worried, never done bed and breakfast before and we worried the fact that staying in someone's home would be odd... well we were wrong. Jules and Jon were the perfect hosts. there if you needed them but invisable if you didn't. The loveliest room, a bed you didn't want to get up from. Great bathroom, no fixed shower but one like I have at home so It was fine. Breakfast was great, very nicely cooked. We had the most relaxed happy stay. Climping is classy, chilled and the beach is great. A 15 min walk to the sea, but a great walk through the country roads. Loved it.
