Good Location
We stayed in this hotel during a school travel trip to France & Italy. It was quite clean and the lobby is very spacious. The breakfast was good and they packed us a breakfast to take to the airport as we left the hotel at 4am. It is quite a long drive to the airport but a good location for seeing the attractions.

Great Hotel
I stayed here as part of a Trafalgar Tour and was quite happy with the accommodations. PROS: The rooms were spacious, the staff was very friendly and the grounds were clean. Great views from our room of the park across the street. CONS: Quite a drive from the airport. It wasn't a big deal for us because we were on a comfy air conditioned tour bus. But if you're traveling solo or with a few folks, this is not the best location. Restaurants are far away and it is a very residential neighborhood.

Nice price
Booked this hotel through Hotwire. Received a good rate. I would agree, it is not the typical 4 star, but more like 3.5. The rooms were older, elevator very small, mattress could use changing. However, it was clean, the staff was vey attentive and helped us book our Vatican Pope address tickets. Breakfast was adequate. It is located closer to Vatican. And it across from a city park with large Pine trees, and fairly quiet at night. The hotel is at a bus stop and a 10 minute walk to a metro stop, if you find the closest metro entrance. It can be tricky the first time and some metro entrances are further from the hotel. There a few neighborhood restaurants nearby. And I remember vendors selling clothes, shoes in a "market type" setting on the streets. If I were looking for a good value, I would stay again. If I had more money to spend on lodging, I would probably stay elsewhere.

This Hotel Can Only Be Described As Awful I Would NOT Advise This place
This Hotel Can Only Be Described As Awful I Would NOT Advise This place: The build up to the approach is rather nice and on entering the foyer it can only be described as acceptable first visual impressions are good but once you sit down and take the place in, the cracks start to show through: The bar is tiny and typical of italian hotel bars, they do not do them well: small petit and uber functional comes over as tight and mean: Basically they want to take your money for the drinks on display and they spare no enemies in the process. The restaurant is pretty very nice however the food does not match the restaurant. I would describe the food as basic to medium level, if you go with a coach or air tour then beware or be warned: The nosh here is not really up to any great standard. I would describe it as minimum amount of effort with a maximum amount of return to them: One pasta starter/piece of meat salad and sauce main course/followed by a blamange type pudding was utter plop in my view for food. They dont treat holiday parties on one night stays very well, they expect you to be gone the next day and probably never to return:Breakfast was OK and quite nice Cakes Bread The usual cold stuff and palatable anything was better than the evening meal:Now the rooms, they were awful completely and utterly awful and if you get the room we got then you will cry all night and I mean all night.I opened the window in 30 degree heat with no working air con and it looked like a street scene from beirut:This hotel is not even a 1 star let alone 3 or 4 infact giving it a 1 star for the room alone was rather generous:The hotel staff :: The chaps were rather nice however the two lady reception staff were awful, rude austere and quite draconian at times. Very pretty ladies indeed but extremely loud curt and rude: They were not very pleasant at all.I found Rome an anticlimax and quite disappointing compared to other Italian cities. This hotel was a further disappointment to Rome's overblown reputation:This hotel is used in the seasons outside august as a sales reps zone: In august during the Italian holiday season it appears to go on the back burner and slow foots a little. The taxi fares to Rome Air Port are a rip off at 50 euros for a 20 minute run: The hotel does a deal with these wannabe Transporters and there is a closed shop deal going on here like everywhere else one supposes. It it about 3 miles away from the action but it is a bit of a palaver getting anyone to help you out with the travelling to the city once again the Im so busy i cant be bothered attitude comes into being.I saw no pool or sports facilities. The best bits of this place was the corridors they were fabulous shame you could not sleep and wash in them?Unfortunately as the old Latin saying goes this is Caveat Emptor however I dont know the Latin for run away as quick as you can and ask for a refund: The place is a shambles: Sorry but I cant say it is good when it is not: It is over priced if you go alone outside a tour party. It is full of coach tour parties and they get the ruff end of the stick so far as service and quality goes:Any Italian who came to the Uk and paid that kind of money in 3 or 4 star would complain especially in London but hey they dont care they know we are english and we dont complain. We do now:

Small Rooms; Far from city; Not worth it
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in October for our honeymoon. It is located quite far from the city and it's not an easy walk frm the station to the hotel (especially if you're carrying luggage). We were very disappointed by the lack of space in our room. There was no space to keep our luggage and be able to walk freely around it. There were no complimentary coffee/tea available and they charge 3.00Euro for a small cup of coffee. There is no microwave at the hotel so if you're picking up food from the outside planning to eat-in, and need to walk/bus to the hotel, expect to eat your food cold. I would not stay here if I go to Rome again. This is a motel (not a Hotel).
