Great Value
Was given a voucher as birthday present for one night stay including meal and breakfast with a room upgrade.Great 4 star boutique style.Staff were very hospitable and helpful.Reception and foyer was fresh and funky with excellent seating and lounge area ,highly eclectic.Room was very comfortable and great bed, had a good night sleep.All facilities could want and a Nespresso machine for a nicer coffee.Meal was a little limited in choice but very good.Breakfast fantastic choice and value.

Nice hotel but tiny rooms!
There were a few things I liked about this hotel - the food in the bar is very nice, the prices were reasonable at the bar too and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but very small. Something which annoyed me was sleep quality - there were no curtains in the rooms, just slatted blinds so unless you want to get up with the larks first thing in the morning when the sun comes up...be warned. I felt the hotel was over priced at ¿¿¿140 per night even if it is at London Bridge. Location-wise you have a good 10-15 minute walk to the nearest tube (London Bridge or Southwark) - it's not as close to the tube as the map would suggest. However, having said that, local attractions like The Shard or the Tate Modern are easy to get to from the hotel.

Good Hotel near Tate
Is a good Hotel, clean and quiet.The barman not so good especially in his knowledge of wines.Good breakfast and lovely receptionist especially Sarah.The staff arrange a city tour in the hop in hop off buses ( is the best way of get to know London in a couple of days).The Hotel lobby has a nice modern de decor. There are some good restaurants in the neighbor. I specially recommend Vapiano (pasta, pizza)

Top Staff
The highlight of our stay had to be the helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Top Marks!Shower over the bath needs Grap Handles for safety & it is difficult to access the controls around the glass shower screen.Otherwise a great stay.

we like this hotel very much
We've been to this hotel before and after way too many disappointments in other London hotels have decided that this is where we'll keep going. I give three stars only for value because London hotels are always too expensive for what's on offer. However in comparison to other places we've been I would give five.I give only four stars for sleep quality not for the rooms or the beds (which would get five) but because the area is quite noisy. For this particular stay we were given a double room whereas we had required a twin room. Staff were very helpful and changed our room with a big smile. The lobby has undergone a facelift - more of a living space instead of a reception area and we liked it very much. Receptionist was particularly friendly.We were told the rooms will be refurbished shortly.The rooms get an excellent not because they are special or luxurious but because they are adequate and comfortable - that's all we ask for but it's also what we expect to get for the price. We like to return to this hotel because all rooms are of an equal standard so at least you know what to expect. We've been to quite a few hotels where reality does not live up to what they advertise - somehow we always end up in the inferior rooms...
