Many pros, many cons...
After reading some reviews I think it's important for me to note that neither myself nor the person I stayed at this hotel with saw any cats or bugs. Once we got to our room (after paying the $20 "hidden fees" for a shuttle service - whether we used it or not, and Wi-Fi) we stripped down the bed like we always do, to check for bed bugs and any fluids/uncleanliness. We found nothing but a regular bed that was somewhat comfortable, if not a bit springy/bouncy. We checked the bathroom, and though it was outdated it wasn't dirty. I walked around on the carpet barefoot and my feet didn't turn dark. I did notice some hairs attached to the hairdryer (I brought my own, thankfully), and I also saw some darkish (mold?) staining under the cropping in the shower. Overall, the staff was helpful and courteous, though we only saw them twice, checking in and out. We ALWAYS put the "do not disturb" sign out as soon as we arrive: if we need anything we just march ourselves to the front desk or call, as we don't want anyone in our room disturbing our things. Also, we're not picky people, we don't need our sheets changed daily and we just hang our towels to dry overnight. Someone mentioned the pathetic towels here, it's fairly true, there's not much to them. There wasn't any riffraff hanging around that we noticed (and we're late people, we're coming and going mostly at night). We wouldn't bring our kids to this hotel (they were staying with the grandparents for this trip), but for grown adults this isn't a bad place.

In the heart of Kissimmee, customer service was great !! room was clean ,specially for price I got it for ...I would NOT HESITATE TO STAY at this property again....GOOD JOB HOJO .......
