Nice Lobby scent....
I love the smell of the lobby. It's light and airy and provided a nice touch. I stayed at this property for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of it....

Nice Lobby scent....
I love the smell of the lobby. It's light and airy and provided a nice touch. I stayed at this property for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. For the most part the staff was phenomenal and made sure that they did everything that they could to make the stay pleasurable.The breakfast buffet was excellent. Though, i'd wish there had been some variety. I stayed at the hotel 5 days and after day two, it got a bit boring. Nevertheless, the food was still excellent.The rooms were decorated very nicely and the bed, couch and chairs all very comfortable. I had a corner room on the 6th floor that didn't have much of a view, but the room was nice. The shower pressure in the shower was one of the best that I've had for a hotel. The location is great and if you have friends in the city, there is metered parking in the front that always had space available. The Wit is my favorite Hilton Hotel in the City. When I can't get in there, this will definitely be a second choice.

First time in Chicago !
Stayed 2 nights at this wonderful hotel in downtown Chicago ! Free warm chocolate chip cookies upon registering. What a nice surprise! Nice rooms.Wasn't too happy about $45/night to park tho! Ate at the breakfast buffet everyday...it was good! Staff very attentive.Very expensive hotel.

Perfect Location, Nice Staff
Check-in and concierge services were great. Attentive staff. Room was clean. Everything worked. Received $8 credit for restaurants/room service for opting to reuse my same towels during my three night stay. Close to my conference (3 blks) and Michigan Ave. dining/shopping.

Great place to stay in Chicago (although expensive!)
I was able to get a deal for three days in this hotel downtown Chicago and I was very happy (I usually go to the Club Quarters). The rooms are very good and very clean. There is a small Starbucks coffee in the hall and the restaurant seems good but I preferred the PF Chang on the other corner of the same block. I did not come back since I could not find another deal and the room rate is typically rather high.

Great Location
My husband and I spent 2 nights here. Our room was nicely decorated and quite spacious.The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and we loved the location. We enjoyed the free chocolate chip cookies at check-in. It would be nice if they offered free wi-fi. We come to Chicago often and would stay here again.
