What a place, If you fancy going to Skegness, look no further.Linroys guest house is 110%, clean, welcoming, great food and more.My partner and i went to Skegness for 3 days ,August, we had booked in to Linroys for the Thurs&Friday night, even turning up a day early the guy there went out of his way to get us in (and he did) In fact NOTHING was to much trouble. It was 5mins walk from the front, and the shops.I really cannot thank them enough, i will be booking up for next year & for many years to come.

Another trip to The Linroy in Skegess, we keep coming back!We have stayed in a few b&b's in Skegness and this is by far the best! I can't believe it's only a 3 star when we have stayed in a abolsutely rubbish 4 star silver in Skegness which we walked out of after the first night! (See my other reviews for more info)!Its very clean, reasonably priced, nice cooked breakfast, very friendly hosts in Mick and Angie and a great location just a couple of minutes from the ex prier, park and shops. Located in a quiet avenue with ample on street free parking.Good value for money, if you're going to Skeg it's worth a stay.

We do sometimes struggle to find decent accomodation in the UK as we have 2 small dogs who like to come away with us!We decided very last minute to go to Skeggy for the day and get a B and B, so spent a bit of time searching the internet. We phoned the Linroy, as we wanted to double check about the dogs before booking. Our booking was taken over the phone. Now some places that allow pets, well you can really tell, as in a doggy "smell" and tired furnishings. This is certainly NOT the case at the Linroy! To start with, we were given a very warm welcome and some good tips on where to eat and drink out with the dogs. We were in room 7 as I'd mentioned that our dogs sleep in a cage and room 7 has a little lounge annex that was perfect for putting the dog cage in! The room was modern and furnished to a high standard. The location is excellent, a short walk to the main street and the beach, although we drove to the beach as the main stretch of beach is no dogs May - Sept but either side of this dogs are fine. Breakfast was lovely, thick rashers of bacon and lincolnshire sausage! We were just sad to go, we were hoping to stay another night but work commitments meant we couldn't. We will certainly be back, hopefully in the not too distant future!

Enjoyed our stopover at the Linroy. The room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - set us up for the day. Great value for money

Our second visit to the linroy and it won't be the last! We have booked again in December.This has to be one of the best b&b's I have stayed in. Great location, clean, lovely rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast! Great value for money! Have stayed in a few other b&b's in Skegness before I found this one and we will keep going back! The jewel in Skeg's crown!
