Perfect.in every way!
Had a great stay in Chichester in March thanks to Patricia at Jubilee House. She had thought of everything, and I appreciated the many little extras in the room like nice biscuits and packet of tissues. The room itself was lovely and I felt so comfortable there. The bathroom was a little on the squishy side but that was not really a concern and I found small ensuites were very normal in Britain. When I enquired about smoked salmon for breakfast for my second morning, she prepared the most yummy salmon and scrambled eggs. The B&B was a very easy walk to the town centre and the Sussex Record Office (on the other side of the town centre). A run 2km around the city walls before brekkie was also very pleasant. Chichester is a lovely compact little town to walk around and Jubilee House is just outside the walls. However driving around Chichester without GPS proved rather stressful.

What a find
Jubilee House was in an ideal location for us so that we could explore Chichester without using the car. It overlooks the city walls and is within a short walking distance of the historic centre, restaurants and shops. Patricia made us feel extremely welcome and our en-suite bedroom was bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels of the highest quality. Breakfast next morning was exceptional. It was the little things that made our stay so enjoyable: a cake tin with homemade cake in the guests' dining/living room; homemade bread and marmalade at breakfast; fresh milk to take to our room so that we could make a cup of tea at any time. We will certainly be returning.

Highly recommended!
Decided to go on a last minute get away for a few days and turned to trip advisor to find my place to stay and after a little searching found Jubilee House at a good price and available. Finding it was a breeze and parking is fine as long as you arrive when your meant to in the afternoon as all the parking around there is for residents with permits only until 6. You do get given a permit to last you till midday the next morning so you don't have to rush off in the morning. It has a quiet location opposite to the old city wall and makes it perfect for walking to all the areas of interest as well as restaurants for the evening. If you need any advise ask Patricia as she was more than happy to recommend places to eat and following her advise we had a great meal out. Patricia was very helpful and friendly and we felt so at home during our short stay. The room was very clean and warm and had a real homely feel to it. While the breakfast was fantastic and more than enough for the two of us. We could relax in the downstairs rooms and cake was left in a tin for us to have when we wanted.All i can say is that i highly recommend this B&B to anyone thinking of visiting the beautiful city of Chichester.

Wonderful stay
Jubilee House B&B is located in a beautiful row house right in the middle of the block. It is surrounded by parks and an easy walk to the city center. Parking was easy and breakfast was just right. Patricia is very accommodating and just an all around nice lady. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Exceptional B & B in Chichester
Jubilee House has a quiet location adjacent to the Wall and only a few minutes walk to the city center with all the restaurants, shops, Chichester cathedral and transportation. We stayed here for three nights in early March, 2013. Our room was spotless, comfortable with a very good mattress and a great view.Pat makes a terrific breakfast and she always has a wonderful cake for you to have anytime, noon and night both, if you wish. What makes the stay here really exceptional is the care and attention Pat gives to you. Just wonderful.
