Stayed For 3 Nights - Great B&B
I stayed here with my partner and our 3 children (7,9 and 11) stayed in a family room on the ground floor, hosts were very nice, it's a very family run business and they make sure that your stay is special, rooms are cleaned everyday, breakfast is small but okay, the only 2 small issues were the size of the duvets on the double bed (quite smaller than double) and the size of the on-suite bathroom, quite small for a family of 5, in note of the room, it's very specious, quite minimal with plain coloured walls with a few pictures, unfortunately during our stay I noticed that the curtain in the main window was broken, you get a television with freeview channels, I would come back next time we come to Cornwall, and I would highly recommend it, just a bit of TLC would make it super, thanks for a great stay guys and gals at St Breca

fantastic value
I really can't fault this place for value for money .Friendly, clean and great breakfast. OK i went out of season as a single traveller but thought it great to be given a double ensuite and all for only ¿¿25 a night. Will definately return .

Bar the Spider and Pre arrival Communication a perfect stay
I'll start with the one moan i have then tell you how wonderfull the rest was. One moan the communication prior to arrival such as confirmation and getting back to my phone message was not very good had to chase serval times, when i did manage to make two way contact it was via email with Michelle which seemed the best way and she was very helpful.Nothing i asked for was too much hassle, Nick and Sam were very helpful on the couple of personal issues i had such as Spider in the room (i have aratnaphobia), needing my daughter to stay one night, and early breakfast due to a wedding.Perfect location for town, beach etc. Stayed 3nights in Double Ensuite, decor warn in places but very comfortable, spacious and great value for money. Definately will go back and would recommened!!

Great family run B&B
Michelle & her family gave us a warm welcome and the location was very central, but not too noisy. Nothing was too much trouble. Bedroom & ensuite were clean & comfortable and breakfast was very good. Would recommend for families, couples or single travellers.
