Great Hotel
Great Hotel in Dover. Service was superb. Food at breakfast was very good. Room and bathroom outstanding. Decor very good. seems there has been a major refurbishment recently. Good position on the promenade with great views over the harbour

Perfect
We had a family room booked for two nights.The room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We were also lucky enough to have an ocean-side room and enjoyed 3 large windows overlooking the harbour.The staff in the hotel were all very friendly, helpful and willing to help in any way they could.The staff at the bar were cheerful and efficient and helps us to find snacks that suited our fancy.I booked a massage and I found the spa area to be nicely decorated, the treatment room to be comfortable and well appointed and the staff to be professional and enjoyed my treatment thoroughly. Breakfast was included in our room rate each morning and we were sat at a well appointed table and helped ourselves to a very extensive buffet with classic breakfast dishes as well as house specialities.The parking is just across the street by the outlet mall and is easily accessible to the property. The entire stay was very enjoyable and I highly recommend the Best Western.

Very nice hotel
Lovely hotel across the road from the Dover beach and very close to the port and town centre aswell as the Dover Castle and beautiful white cliffs.Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean and big.

Victorian England
Here is a Victorian Period sea coast hotel right on the beach just a few minutes walk from center of Dover and minutes walk to the Sea Cat which takes you to France. I am there every year to visit family and the staff know me by name. The rooms are sunny and cheerful, with modern pluming. You can open the windows feed the sea gulls, and get fresh sea air. So cozy...sooo English and very affordable.

Great staff in excellent location
Dover tends not to get a good press so our expectations were not high for an overnight stay before getting the ferry. The hotel was comfortable enough but what stood out was the quality and friendliness of the staff. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very enjoyable and the breakfast the following morning was also very good. Recommended
