The Sheraton recently renovated - and I like the rooms even better than before. Had a beautiful junior suite on the 30th floor. The Club was great and the service in both the hotel and Club, as always, was excellent.

i would live here if i could
My bff and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The staff was such a delight!!! They gave us the royal treatment and we didn't even request anything special, the food and drinks we're wonderful and oh so tasty. Our room overlooked the river and even had a peek a boo veiw of the lake. This was also an ideal central location.

Nice hotel, great location
Overall, the hotel does a nice job. I stayed here for a business trip and it was convenient to many great eateries, shopping, and a nice place to just stroll if you have the time. I arrived late (about midnight) and was supposed to have a mini fridge in my room for medicine. Without prompting, the front desk associate told me it was in my room but was not when I arrived. I had to call and get one sent up which only took about 20 minutes. It was not previously plugged in so I had to put my medicine on ice until it got cold. Otherwise, all was good. The concierge was very helpful with directions and dining recommendations. I would stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful stay
Our stay at the Sheraton was great. Our room was clean, modern, and had a pleasant view of the city/Lake Michigan. We would most definitely come again for another stay. We ate at the Hotel's LB¿¿¿S BISTRO & PATISSERIE, and had a very tasty meal. The hotel staff was very polite, smiley, and quick so as to allow us to continue on with our stay.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location.
The location is absolutely the best in Chicago. On the river, next to the lake, smack in the middle of all the action. I ended up in a room facing southwest, so the view of the river and the city were breathtaking. The hotel, like most other Sheratons, has a Club Lounge, which offers free breakfast in the mornings and snacks and drinks throughout the day. The breakfast, however, does leave a lot to be desired, and with all of the great restaurants in Chicago it is worth it to venture somewhere else. The rooms were nice, great size, even better views.
