Buffalo Business Travel
When I checked in, my key card would not work, so I had to haul my luggage back down to get the key card fixed. I find it absurd that there is no complimentary coffee or tea; $2 for a small cup of coffee? Especially as a hilton honors member. The breakfast food is not the best quality; I ended up buying breakfast from a grocery store to eat that week.

Great Stay - Restaurant service needs improvement
Friendly and helpful staff, spacious guest rooms, food is good, decor and ambiance is great! Only downside is that the restaurant staff needs major improvement- inattentive, extremely slow. Other than that I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel
When Tom Brady made a remark about Buffalo Hotels, he never stayed at The Doubletree Guest Suites! it is indeed one of the best! Thee staff is friendly and efficient the location is great and the rooms are wonderful!

GREAT experience
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Clean comfy rooms, heavenly bed, quiet and restful. Great internet and super friendly staff. Nice decor. Close to freeway and attractions. 30 minutes or less to the falls. Restaurant staff was super helpful.

College Softball Team Overnight
The accommodations were first class and we could not have asked for more. The entire staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate us. From the welcome sign at the desk, the delicious warm cookies, the use of the library for our team meeting, the friendly smiles....I could go on and on but in short they all made us feel like welcome guests. The best overnight experience that we've had and I would highly recommend the Double Tree Club.
