good
We booked 2 room on our way home. If you want for one night or 2 i think is ok. Clean rooms . Nice personal in reception. Hard to find the hotel. We got there around 10 p.m. and left in the morning . There was supermarket near the hotel.Bathroom was small but clean. I think is a good hotel for the price.

Basic but good value and clean
We stayed at the Antille Hotel at Dolo for two nights in order to visit Venice. Dolo is just a short train ride from Venice. We walked to the station which is a bit of a trek but there is a bus and ample parking at the station. We were travelling round Europe on motorbikes and did not want to carry our helmets and jackets round Venice. The room was just the right size for us with ample storage. There was a festival on just a short distance from the hotel which had attracted quite a number of young guests who were rather noisy well into the night on our first nights stay, which is why we only give it four stars. There is not a lot of noise insulation if the other guests are noisy. We do not usually take breakfast at the hotels we stay in prefering to get on the road and off to our next town/city before traffic becomes an issue. There was plenty of surface level parking, which was in a quiet area but if more security is needed there is also an underground car park (paid for)

BAD LOCATION
We stayed here on 31/09 & 01.09.2012 for 2 nights. The hotel is 2 kms far away from the nearest train station DOLO. If you take a taxi ( and you need to be very lucky to find it ), it is 10 ¿¿¿ to get to the station. The hotel per night is 35 ¿¿¿ p.p. So it' s better not to focus on the room price. If you prefer to walk, it takes around 25-30 mins walk and you have to get the challange of to over pass the autostreet bridge which is indeed a very dangerous road with no pedestrian walking distance and it has a slight curve that a car may crash you any time. The staff at reception were not helpful at all and did not have to have a welcoming attitude.There was no breakfast at hotel and they offered us the breakfast at pizzeria Soleado which is on the opposite of the hotel. There are several small pizzerias and supermarkets around the hotel but the main problem is being too far away from the nearest train station. With train, it takes 20-25 mins to Venezia S. Lucia central train station and it costs only 2,85 ¿¿¿ one way.It seems the rooms were just recently renovated but still not very well. The bed was not comfortable. There is a long balcony in front of all rooms ( ant nor seperated!), which you need to make sure you close the curtains and the door if you are not eager to make neighbourhood with other guests.There is no free internet or wi-fi in the hotel, you need to have your own device like iphone, ipad or laptop, and you need to pay 1¿¿¿ per 1/2 hour internet access.There is no question that this cheap hotel do not have minibars in the rooms, but also the lady in the receprtion told us that there is NO FRIGO even in the hotel ! Therefore the cheese and the food staff we collected from the supermarkets were under danger.The thing in Italy is, no matter you are How Far from the city center, the hotels should be within a reasonable walking distance to the train or bus station. Otherwise it becomes like a torture.

Deliver what you expect for the price
We stayed there 2 days in July 2012 to visit Venezia. The room was clean, but small. If you don't plan to be in the hotel room, just sleep there, it's ok. For some small amount of euro you can buy breakfast. It was absolutely minimum of what you can expect for breakfast. Only coffe, corn flakes and croissants. We had a rental car and it was just minutes from Dolo train station. Free parking and only 20 min to Venezia. Frequent service and no hassle.

Good location.
We choose this hotel not only for great value, but as the overnight stop on a journey from Florence to Venezia. We have booked two double rooms and instead got one quadruple and one triple room for the same price :) We were quite pleased. Hotel is very close to the city of Mestre, where we left our car to catch a train to Venice.Hotel offered free parking just in front of the main entrance, Staff were nice and friendly, room was, as I have previously said: gigantic, with nicely furbished and rather large bathroom. All rooms have joined terasses that were a bit dodgy, full of burnt cigarettes. Breakfast was typically Italian, croissant, jam, butter and coffe. we have hoped to pay some more to upgrade to Continental breakfast, but were told by the waiter we should have announced it in advance as they did not have any food to make it. One member of our company is diabetic so he left hungry as everything was sweetened.
