Dissapointing
I visited the Emirates Springs Hotel Appartments with my family at the beginning of April staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. Previous reports state the furnishings are "tired" I would describe them as positively exhausted, the Formica was peeling off the units, our bedside lamp was stitched loosely on to its mount, there was a massive tear at the back of one chair and a cigarette burn on the sofa that had seen better days. The en suite toilet spread onto the floor after flushing, and when my husband went to use the shower in the other toilet the ceiling itself turned into a shower. The kitchen units were falling to bits and the equipment supplied was limited and dated to say the least. At the moment the hotel is going through a considerable program of renovation and really has the potential to be a good hotel. On the positive side - the staff are very efficient and helpful (they get plenty of practice) the washing machine and beds were new (mattresses at least). We used the rooftop pool several days but as it was being enjoyed by young families so we chose to use The Hilton Hotel facilities which included a buffet lunch at a very reasonable price. Fujeirah itself is excellent for all kinds of water sports but otherwise not really geared up for tourism. Roads are being built/dug up, tourist maps are vague and sign posts random. Would we visit Fujairah again ? possibly not. We booked through RCI and were disappointed that the hotel and facilities were so extremely below the standard we have come to expect, we were aware the hotel had no award level attached - but it is not of a reasonable quality and the web pages promoting the hotel are out of date so deliberately misleading.

Very Comfortable and Cosy
I spent 3 days here with my family. We took a 2 bedroom suite and the suite was very spacious yet cosy. The staff is friendly. While the hotel food is good, it is very well situated and there are ample of eating joints in less than 500m. The view from the balcony of the ocean has a wonderfully stress buster effect. It is a great place for a weekend getaway. It is walking distance from the marina boat club and most of the water activity places.

Good Value for Money Hotel
We stayed at Emirates Springs Hotel Apartments for one night during a weekend outing to Fujairah. The best thing about the hotel is the tremendous value for money it provides. We booked 2 two bedroom apartment for less than $100! The rooms are clean and the furniture is pretty decent. The rooms on the backside of the hotel (not facing the main street) are quieter and offers a 'view' of the Fujairah corniche.Snacks and a few drinks are available in the room which are fairly priced.The location of the hotel is nice as it is right on a main street and has numerous restaurants, supermarkets in its vicinity. Few not so good things, the room service can take its own sweet time and there was no separate AC control for the rooms, one single control for the entire apartment.Overall a good value for money hotel, would stay again if looking for a budget stay.

Highly Recommended Hotel in Fujairah
We have stayed with my family in Emirates Springs Hotel and it's really worth the price. When we arrive, we were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. We were surprise to our room because it's very spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen, and have a home-like atmosphere..The location of the hotel was at the city itself. It is near to supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, and beach. We had our dinner at the Al Roof Restaurant which is located on the roof top and adjacent to the Swimming pool. There are various choices of menu at very reasonable price and delicious.. After our dinner, we relaxed at the pool area while having our tea and coffee. The view surrounding the hotel was very nice. It is a perfect get-away from the busy schedule. The hotel also have separate gym for ladies and gents with sauna bath facility. They were having renovation to make the reception lobby more spacious to accommodate guests more comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again..

Great hotel nice pool good service good hotel staff nice resturant food they servers shisha at 7floor great city view from resturant hotel is good for family and couples hotel is neat and clean i like it best place to stay in fujairah
