Good budget (?) hotel
Hotel prices in Denmark seems high but for beeing a buget hotel this is quite good. Staff is friendly, room was clean, breakfast was okey with a selection of fresh fruit. On the downside was that sounds propagated quite easily from both the outside, from the corridor and from other rooms. Try to get a room not facing the street but not room 105 where we stayed. It was just above the sliding door to the parking lot and it was very noicy. The ventilation in the room and especially in the shower could be better. The beds had seen better days and need a better matress. All in all, we will stay here again.

Has it all
Near everything, railway station, harbor, town and restaurants.Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Reception staff was spot on and the room service staff were lovely. All speak good English.Room was spacious, clean and the decor lovely.Free WiFi.Good buffet breakfast included.

Competitive pricing, good communications
Arriving in Frederikshavn ny ferry from Gothenburg, the hotel is in a Walking distance from the ferry terminal. The hotel is very comfortable at the pricing, WiFi included, however the staff seemed to be a Little bit... tired? Nice restaurants in the area, but the city itself is not Worth a several day vacation. Railway station is also close to the hotel, with the opportunity to take the train to the Skagen village, of course a must see.

Arbejdsferie
This Hotel is very tidy and clean. And the best service. Very good value for the money. Parking just outside the lobby.And the Hotel is situated next to the best restaurants in Frederikshavn and to the Harbor, which also contains the well known restaurant 'Snerlen'.You have to try this Hotel, because it is the best in the area.

decent budget hotel
Myself, my husband and 2 kids aged 4 and 7 stayed one night here before catching the ferry to Oslo, the hotel was perfectly located for the port but was also near restaurants and shops. Private free parking was a bonus and the hotel itself was very clean with a good breakfast though it did feel expensive considering that it is quite basic. The wifi did not work in the hotel room, reception told me they were having trouble with the wifi so I had to check e-mails in the reception area - not a huge problem but a little inconvenient.
