Brilliant location, nice apartments
Clean apartments which are stocked for the number of beds in the configuration (so 4 beds and sofabed that could sleep 6 is stocked for 4 people!!) This is something they expect, but if you are staying there with 5 or 6 then just ask reception for extra crockery.Also the amount of pans and cooking utensils is limited. There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid. There is a washing machine and drying in the apartment. Fridge and Freezer too. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.We stayed as a family of 5 (3 younger kids) and we had a great time.BTW the pool is not on top of the hotel itself (48 floors) but on top of the parking garage (6th floor). There is a connecting airbridge between hotel and garage. Pool and facilities are great.Connections are great with only 30 mins from Terminal 3 on the same metro line right in front of the Financial Centre metro stop. Oh the entrance to the hotel is to the back of the building (looking at it from the metro).Bottom line is that I would stay here again.

Great hotel
We recently stayed at the apartments and is was a pleasurable experience for all of us. The reception was friendly and assisted us in getting our luggage up to the room. We had booked a two bedroom apartment but they upgraded us to a three bedroom, which was very nice. The rooms are large with a kitchen which has everything you could need

Fabulous
Have stayed twice. Didn't think the second could match the first stay, but it exceeded all expectations. The service and standard of rooms and amenities was just as good upon returning. We felt very spoilt. I love this property so much, I recommended it to others who have expressed their gratitude to me for doing so. It is tops for convenience; a train stop out front, we walked to Dubai Mall in 25 mins if public transport is not your thing. We arrived via Etihad to Abu Dhabi and were transported by coach to the Chelsea Towers doorstop on arrival and enjoyed the convenience of checking our luggage at Etihad office in the hotel lobby upon departure, thereby not seeing our luggage again until touchdown in Melbourne airport. Staff could not be more accommodating. A fabulous find.

Home away from home
I stayed at Chelsea Tower with my family and immediately liked it because It is located next to the Metro station (Finance Center) hardly a min walk. Supreme location. There are lots of cafes & other amenities around, with a grocery store a block away open till 2am. Staff is cordial with ready to help attitude. Hotel is clean with daily supply of toiletries, news paper and linens. It's kitchen is equipped with basic pots&pans and other stuff that you want. Hotel also offers 24/7 taxi service which runs on meter.

Excellent for vacationing in Dubai!
I stayed at Chelsea for 4 days while vacationing in Dubai and my stay here was nothing but excellent. From the staff, to the rooms, to housekeeping, to the location itself, I found everything about this hotel to be excellent. The location is absolutely perfect with a metro stop right in front of the hotel which will take you to many attractions in Dubai and the Etihad Airways bus stop is directly behind the hotel (for those flying in or out of Abu Dhabi). The hotel also stored my bags free of charge on my last day so I could go out during the day and not have to take my bags with, and then I returned about 10:00pm that night to get my bags and head to the airport. I cant wait to stay at this property again on my next trip to Dubai!Only downside- like others posted the elevator does take a long time however when vacationing I didn't care if I had to wait a little bit.
