Excellent apartment
Me and my girlfriend stayed here for an Easter weekend break, and can't recommend it enough. We had originally booked into the Morrison apartments just down the road, but were told upon check in that we had been given a free upgrade to the Harris apartments, much to our delight.The apartments are around a 5 minute walk from Haymarket station, in Grove Street, with the check in office a little further along the street.The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, as well as having a balcony. Apartments were also very secure, with security gates locking after a certain time, with keypad entry.Getting to the city was fairly easy, either by a 5 minute taxi ride or a short train ride to Waverley station.We enjoyed a great time in Edinburgh, and would highly recommend these apartments for any couple looking for a weekend getaway there.

Really good customer service
My friend and i spent the night here for my birthday. The apartment was incrediably clean and had all the basics available. Reception was incrediably helpful as we asked for help with playing our music and a maintenance man was sent up asap, who was also incrediably friendly.It was great value for money and staff were very helpful. Would defiately stay again and reccommend.

Excellent for a weekend away
Have stayed in the Haymarket area before at the premier inn and decided to try these apartments for a 6 nations weekend. Great location for the city centre, about a 10 min walk and getting to Murrayfield is really easy. Plenty of cafes, places to eat nearby and shops. Flats are fitted out nicely and have everything you would need for a weekend, some bits are of the decor are looking a little worn and the bed was a little small for a double but much better than a hotel room for the weekend. Reception staff were very friendly and the flat was cleaned every day, would stay here again.

Highly recommended
My wife and I stayed here for three nights in one of the ground floor appartments. Very pleased with the facilities, made to feel welcome at reception, the cleaners came in every day. Very nice, warm bathroom with shower. A 15 minute walk to the center of town so very convenient. There's a Tesco Metro, an Odeon and the Filmhouse nearby. Had a great couple of evenings at the Traverse Theatre where we saw a very funny show and a quiz night. Downloaded a walking guide from Tourist Tracks, which was also worthwhile. The Cafe Royal and The Standing Order, are nice pubs and the Scotsman Hotel served excellent food and we got a 50% discount with a Tastecard. If I visit Edinburgh again I would go back and stay here or at one of the other Fountain Court appartments. There is a little road noise, but it didn't bother either of us.

Convenient location. Good value for money.
Stayed for two nights over a weekend. Initially we were a bit put off due to the busy roads nxt to the building but to be honest u get used to it. Also we have previously stayed at the stewart apartments which are in a much quieter part of town and are finished to a higher standard. Harris apartments seem a bit more worn in comparison. We found the windows were quite drafty and not very sound proof from saturday night noise! Our balcony also consisted of a small triangle which wasnt big enough for two people to sit on. Apartment was clean. Excellent facilities - fridge, ironing board, iron, tv, washing machine etc. No hair dryer though ladies! So make sure u take one. Bed was lovely and comfy. No noise from other apartments. I think i wud have personally prefered there to be some blinds or nets as large windows made it feel a bit like a goldfish bowl with everyone looking in. Be aware also u need to park ur car at grove st apartments and check in at grove street apartments. There is no reception at harris. This is only a short walk away, situated on the same street. Shops close by.loads of pubs and restaurants just at the end of the road. Short walk to castle. Over all an excellent experience. I would stay again with fountain court, they have excellent service and are always happy to help. Made my trip hassle free and we had the bonus of extra space to if we had been in a hotel room. Also a very good price. Thanks for another great trip! See you again soon!
