A great resting place
Ariving in Dubai we found a City Seasons Hotel shuttle who did not hesitate to take us the Suites location for free, great service. It was only 6-8 minutes form the airport. The front desk was very helpful as we needed to check in early and check out late.The room was very nice. great little kitchen, very clean. Housekeeping was very attentive, quickly replacing a kettle which stopped working.The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the service was attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the suite had two baths.It was a great stay.

Tired hotel, needs to lift its game!
This Hotel insisted we pay for our stay in advance (months ago!!) they promised us an airport transfer. Arriving into Dubai at 2.00am to find no transfer waiting was not a great start. After finding a telephone and calling them (just what you want at 2am with no local currency) they arranged a taxi that we had to pay for but were refunded. The suite we had was massive but very tired ... lots of brown and drab wooden furniture. The WI FI did not work for the entire duration of our stay. No hot water in the shower (oh come on!!). The fridge was iced up and empty (no bar fridge.. no alcohol on the premises!). The staff were lovely however, and the beds comfortable.

Nice hotel next to airport and deira city center mall
This is the benefit for being in the hotel business for a long time! City Seasons Suites are Ina prime location, next to a big mall, metro station and only 10' (real 10' minutes) from the airport.I have stayed in a suite, which is not the biggest I have stayed in, but enough for 2 people. Breakfast is fine, people very friendly and even though my room was above the main street and opposite to the elevator, it was very quiet. Also, the room was very clean. The only issue I found was the tv: not very good reception and not many channels but I didn't stayed in the room for long.In general, it was a nice experience and I will certainly stay once more. I also heard that there another city seasons nearby, which I would also like to explore. I think that the price is fair for what they offer.

Great location opposite Deira center,
We stayed 4 nights, very happy with the suites. Very spacious Living dining room, Fully equipped Kitchen, King Size Master Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms. Very helpful front desk. Free WiFi. Close to all conveniences across Deira center shopping mall, Restaurants, Metro Station, Taxis.Overall a very nice stay at City Seasons Suites, Dubai.

Poor value
I prepaid for a King room and was given a Twin. The dinner I ordered was incomplete. Front desk staff are snotty. Breakfast is not included in the hotel rate which is high. There is no lounge in this hotel, nor any alcohol in the mini bar. This might be a good long term stay facility if you can negotiate a better price. Overall, I suggest staying elsewhere.
