just spent a week in the hotel,and was pleasantly surprised. - we do not usually go all inclusive because of disaster hotels in the past, but we got a very good deal and thought why not , the worst is that we eat@drink elsewhere (again). the food was good mostly as was the drink.- the staff we cannot speak too highly of- .from the manager down they were very very friendly and nothing was too much trouble,- the only negative thing we (and a lot of others) had to say was the adult entertainment, it was poor except for GOERGE PENA an american singer/comedian who was fantastic- the children entertainment is led by an english girl called lizzie. - you cant enjoy a drink after dinner as she entertains the kids in the same room squeaking at the top of a very irritating voice with the volume blasting - we went into town every night till she had finished was the only way to avoid a migraine - so give it a rest lizzie - stop talking to adults like they are big children - turn the volume down and SHUT UP !!!!!

Very Nice for Break
Stayed at Torrenova Marina for 4 nights 12th to 16th May 2013. Excellent hotel, with good food, drink, and entertainment. Rooms very comfortable. Only downside groups of men let of the leash who don't know how to behave when wives not there.

Good Hotel
We stayed at this hotel from the 7th May to the 14th May 2013. The hotel was very clean and there was a good variety of food in the buffet. Every member of staff we met were polite, friendly and helpful, they even removed our all inclusive wristbands and then replaced them for free later on as we were attending a family wedding on Saturday 11th and we didn't want them seen in the wedding photos. Our son did not go to the Kid's Club as he enjoyed playing in the children's pool with all the slides too much but the staff that ran it seemed very nice when we met them at the children's disco. There was a good variety of evening entertainment, including flamenco and magic shows and reptile and bird of prey talks where you could see the animals up close. There were also many day time activities going on in the hotel for those that felt like participating. The hotel is close enough that it is only a short walk to both Magaluf and Palma Nova but the area is nice and quiet at night.There was a Stag party whose drunken behavior was out of order on the Friday, however the hotel dealt with this and the rest of the weekend was very enjoyable. We will definitely be going back next time we go to Majorca.

lovely hotel
Stayed here with my partner and 3 year old daughter at beginning of May for 10 days. Lovely clean hotel. Staff were friendly. Maid service excellent. Were in everyday with clean towels and cleaned room. 3 pools to choose from.Poolside activities during the day were good. Water polo, darts etc. The hotel's childrens entertainers were brilliant. My daughter loved the kids disco. Hotel had a flamenco night, birds of prey and reptile night.Food was of an ok standard. Selection of bread/rolls cooked breakfasts/fruit/yoghurt for breakfasts. Lunches were hamburgers, hotdogs, soup, pasta, chips, etc. Dinners consisted of curry, steak & kidney pie, baked aubergines, pasta Bolognese, fish, seafood, pork, lamb, chips, potatoes, veg. Each night a chef is out in dining room carving roast beef one night, next night pork. Also have selection of cakes/jellies/fruit/ice cream for desserts.The only major complaint I had was the large groups of stag parties that arrived on 10th May. Very loud and disruptive, jumping into swimming pool naked!!!!! Not what I expected to see in a family hotel. There was even a security guard present on Friday and Saturday night and he was escorting drunk stag party members back to their room. The hotel manager asked us the following morning if we were disturbed in the middle of night from noise of the stag party. I thought that was a nice touch.The hotel is only a 5 min walk down the hill to the beach of torrenova which is lovely.The hill is not that bad to walk back up. People have been writing that is very steep. Its a gradual incline so that's why I didn't find it a problem and i'm certainly not the fittest!!!

fantastic holiday
We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic holiday at The Marina Torrenova to celebrate my 50th birthday, we are already planning our return in september. This hotel is so well managed and staffed i cannot fault it. Every member of staff was so hardworking and friendly they always found time to ask if we were having a good holiday and if there was anything they could do for us. Anything you require the reception team will bend over backwards to meet your needs big thank you to Ana and the team. The accommodation was brilliant we had room 516 over looking the bay which was a fantastic view, the room was spotlessly clean with memory foam mattress, flat screen TV on the wall, fridge, safe, sofa bed, balcony furniture, bathroom with bath & shower, hair dryer, clean towels every day along with excellent maid service making the beds and cleaning for us. The cleaners worked so hard throughout the whole hotel. The restaurant manager Toni was so attentive as were the staff and chefs, the food was so good and gala night spectacular. Bar was plentiful with lovely bar staff. The assistant manager Xabi made exceptional effort every day to chat with guests which was lovely. Entertainment teams also worked hard. The location was on the hilly headland in between magaluf and palma nova which meant it was away from the wildness of magaluf. There was small 20 hour supermarket just along the road plus many other shops close by. The beautiful bay of palma nova was just a short way down the hill with its fabulous beaches. I cant wait to go back just need to go on a diet first as you cant help putting on weight here.See you all again very soon xxx
