This hotel has small rooms but otherwise we enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful, the air conditioning worked well and the location was really good. It is walking distance to two metro stations (Mongkok and Olympic) as well as the ladies market. The breakfast was a bit gross, but maybe that's normal??? IDK.... Anyway I would stay here again :)

I stayed with my parents in a triple room which comprised 1 double and 1 single bed. The room was, as expected, tiny with very little room to unpack anything from my luggage. The hot water ran sporadically and on a couple of occasions we had to make do with a cold shower. Reception informed us that we should run the water for a good few minutes to get hot water to run but this made little difference. There was at least a separate shower area walled off by a glass door from the sink and toilet. The walls were not very well sound proofed. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The hotel itself is located on a side street in Mongkok, just a couple of minutes' walk from Mongkok MTR station and the ladies' market. For the price paid, I would say my experience was fair but in future I will pay a more and get a room with better proportions.

We took taxi from the Macau ferry (the exit took us to a mall that I can't remember its name. The taxi stand is at the basement of the mall). It only cost us around HKD 28. The taxi driver has no idea where Harbour Hotel is but God bless GPS navi and he was able to take us there in just few minutes. We were just surprised to see the place because it completely looks better and bigger on pictures. =( There is elevator but only a few people can fit their tiny elevator. The room is seriously tiny for us coz we are quite tall (i'm 5'7" and my hubby 6'2") and unfortunately we were given the twin bed (only available room during their promo reservation). So you can imagine how we move inside the room with our luggages around. we are not even comfortable in the shower coz it's too tiny to move around. Our reservation promo provided us free breakfast on which the one who serves us seems like screaming the whole time serving the food to the guests. My hubby said that this is how they communicate. (Annoying) I kept choosing the option of bread, ham, hard boiled eggs and a banana for two days stay. You can choose from juice, coffee or water which are just displayed on the corner of the cafeteria along with some jam.But the only things we truly appreciate with Harbour Hotel is they have very accommodating people on the front desk/reception (who provided us printed tourist cards of HK landmarks or tourist destinations which gave us idea how to get their thru MTR) and this hotel is truly accessible to Mongkok Terminal. just a few minutes walk to MTR. It did save us a lot of transportation costs. The Mongkok MTR station is just inside the mall. 2 blocks away and few minutes away from the Ladies Market.

For the price, although its real tiny, the location and price more or less made up for it. Towels had dirt stains on it though. 5 mins to Mong Kok MTR and lots of eateries within walking distance, being a very good location in Mong Kok. Free wifi, breakfast is kind of pathetic but well for the price you can't really complain, but since the area is full of fabulous food skip breakfast if you have to. Its a non-halal kitchen though, do take note for the concerned.

It had good location 5 mins walk to langham place and Nathan rd. The receptionist was helpful. Those was the only good things about this hotel. We paid $95. Our room was at the end of the corridor, the room was so small u couldn't fit the long side of the bed. The bed was against 2 huge windows and the feet of the bed was towards the door. Terrible fengshui if youre into that. The room door made a terrible sound when opened, no sound prove. I couldnt sleep all night, had a creepy feeling. The bathroom floor had tiles missing, and one towel had a hole. The wifi was on and off, we gave up in the end. The breakfast choice was either ham on toast or congee with a banana and boiled egg. Don't even open the window, u don't wanna know what's outside the windows. Next to our room was the washing room, it had mouldy black walls and smelled. I would never hang my clothes there. The airport express only go to Tsim sha tsui so u have to catch a taxi. Taxi from the hotel to kowloon station cost $40 hk. Don't stay here if you're expecting a 3 star hotel!
