Stayed in Rose Garden with wife and parents for 5 days in a 2 room Apartment. First trip to Dubai and feels like I found a gem on first go.Rose garden was better then expected. Apartment was at the top floor.Rooms were huge. Bathrooms and Kitchen were clean. Pool was awesome.Location could not be any better. Just behind Burjuman Shopping Mall.Easily excess-able from anywhere in Dubai through Taxis or Metro trains.Staff was professional, helpful and honest.They found my mobile after we left hotel. Sent me an email that its with them.I told them my friend will pick it up from there to which they had no problem.Thumbs up for Rose Garden. Staying there was a pleasant experience.

A bouquet of roses
The Rose Garden offers no-frills, reasonably priced accommodation in this city of excess. It¿¿¿s an easy walk to the canal area and the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus terminal, and very close to restaurants and supermarkets.For travellers on a budget, we found the accommodation very satisfactory. The courteous staff were so willing to please. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with very spacious living area and a kitchen with microwave and oven and large refrigerator and dishwasher. Generous supply of toiletries, towels and crisp clean sheets were much appreciated. A bowl of fresh fruit and a big bottle of water was a welcoming gesture. Our room was surprisingly quiet at night despite its location near the popular Burjuman Shopping Mall.We did find the room smelt of cigarette smoke though due to the very old filters in the air conditioner, and more attention could be focused on maintenance: walls could use a coat of paint, the shower curtain smelt mouldy, and the floor rugs could do with a thorough vacuum.But the friendliness of the staff and the wonderful sense of space certainly compensate. A bouquet of roses to the staff and management!

Budget stay for more days
I find this place aaffordable for a week long stay. Many Indian restaurants around within strollable distances.. Breakfast not so generous in options but decently spread. For kunch and dinner, if do not want to go out there is always the option to get delivered to room.

Wonderful experience at this hotel
Although the rates are a bit on the higher side, the services at the hotel were good. The food is ok but most of the menu repeats and the variety is not that great. This is located right at a perfect location for you to move around in Dubai

Good Hotel but staff not very helpful.
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel apartment, When I booked I emailed that My flight will arrive early and If I could have an early check-in if possible. I was told 'we will do that if possible' in the email. I arrived after 7 and half hour flight from UK at 9:30 am. I was told a room will be avaiable at 11. I went out for breakfast and then on my return at 11:15 I was told maybe half hour. Then at 12 I was told 10 Mins, and then again at 12:20 I was told 20 Mins. I eventually got annoyed and complanied and was given a room at 1:45pm. If i wastold of this earlier I could have arranged my day accordingly. The day staff at reception are very unfreindly and unwilling to help. Basically treated us as if we werent there. No updates at all even though we waited over 2 hours in reception. The hotel apartment overall is good. The pool is nice size and clean and the water is Heated. AC unit noise is permanent.
