great hotel experience
for my first trip to Dubai, I am a club guest in this hotel and all I can say it's my best hotel experience ever. The staff is professional. everything is just perfect. The location is not ideal but there is a metro station next to the hotel and taxi is cheap.

An exellent hotel especially for long stay
I travel a lot and stay in different hotels, but when I have stayed in Grand Millenium for 19days, i was so much pleased by attentive and professional personnel! The cleanliness of room was excellent as a one bed room suite itself!!Big appreciation to reception team for an excellent and prompt service listening and understanding guests requests and problems, caring about them like if its there own! I would like to thanks Adia(receptionist) for assisting me during my stay, being very professional and understanding! As well as Spa team! I have stayed on my own and i had a birthday during my stay. I was so surprised with the birthday cake!!it makes me feel very happy being noticed!! Thank you all!!

Nice hotel, in the vicinity of the airport, rooms were ok. I liked the fact that there are bars which is a plus if you want to have a beer in Dubai. Spent a night over there and been satisfied by the services. The food is not so great but there is an open lounge. Overall nice.

Good hotel
I stayed there two nights on a business trip. The business suite had a large room with a king size bed, the bathroom had large a garden tub, it also had a 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. The hotel had a nice bar with a roof top lounge. Very relaxed area to have a drink and the cocktails were reasonable in price. The hotel was in somewhat of a central location but we had to take a taxi everywhere. The staff was average. Nothing real special. At night I returned to the roof-top to have a drink and a snack. It had a decent evening menu. I'd stay here again.

An exorbitant price per night to extend my stay
I requested the hotel to extend my stay by 2 nights - Original Check out was March 26th. I asked them to extend it until 28th. Firstly they refused saying the hotel was fully booked. They then come back to me on March 25th and tell me that they can accommodate me in the same room if I pay AED1800 per night. I was originally paying AED550 per night. This rate was ridiculous and the approach was appalling. I was surprised at the way in which they treat a Diamond M&C member and a frequent guest at the Grand Millennium, Dubai.Its a great hotel and I live there for almost 2 weeks every month. This approach of asking for such an exorbitant price to extend my stay has left a sour taste. A plain refusal due to over 100% occupancy would have been much better. Even better would have been accepting my requests at the same terms that I was originally booked for.
