I stayed at the hotel 2 nights with my boyfriend. The hotel was in a good location, walkable to the train station. We walked most places, but the subway was also nearby to take when needed. The room was nice, larger than average for a European hotel room, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I thought the breakfast was also your standard european breakfast with a fairly larger selection than most, and all the food was good. It was clean, the staff was always friendly. Overall good experience, and I would go back again.

Dirty, overpriced, have pics to prove it. And yes, the lift really is that slow. Definitely NOT worth the 205 Euros they charged for the "king sized" room I ordered (I got a double bed with a single bed next to it). Everything was so dirty that I was afraid to eat the breakfast included in the price.

Spent just one night in this hotel and was surprised by it, being A 3 star hotel in paris. Conveniently close to subway. My single booked room appeared to be a double. Nice bathroom, nicely decorated room, good bed, nice breakfast (remember, it's paris )

My colleague and I arrived around 8pm, we had to hunt down staff to check us in as nobody was on recption. After a good 20 minutes the receptionist re-appeared.We checked in and went to our rooms. My colleague's bedroom had not been cleaned so she had to go back to reception to change room.My room did look clean so we dumped our bags and went to dinner. Came back rather late so I wnt straight to bed. In the bathroom in the morning, the first thing I noticed was the fact that the towel had make up on, next I noticed that the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied either. I guess my room had not been cleaned either. Not a great feeling!You are not treated as an adult as internet access is censored...Will certainly not stay there ever again!

Upon arrival to this hotel; it had a vey pleasant exterior.However, when I reached inside it was a completely different atmosphere as there was a lot of construction going on . The check-in was quite speedy as I was traveling with a very large group (about 25 ppl). Once I checked-in I was not offered any help with my bags; so I proceeded to the elevator which is quite small & slow. It is so small that only my luggage & myself could fit; so others had to wait for it to come back down. As I entered my room I was quite surprised in the good size space of the room; considering that Paris does have hotels with very small rooms.Everything looked ok until I entered the bathroom. When I went to use the toilet; I raised the toilet seat lid & there seemed to be some sort of bodily fluid on the seat. I immediately went to the from desk to tell them of the situation. They promptly got someone to attend to it; but really didn't make an apology for the dirty toilet. I really don't understand if you cleaned the hotel room how this could have happened .One of my friends who is quite tall was given a very small room & her feet hung off the bed & was touching the wardrobe.Next, later on in the night when I got ready to take a shower ( mind you it was very tiny & I could hardly turn around in it); the whole telephone shower just fell apart off of the shower wall.The metal pole nearly struck me in my face:( After my shower I called the front desk to tell them about the shower & for a wake up call. They took down my time & room number. Well, for the two days I was there ;I received NO wake-up calls. I told the front desk & they seemed to have a "don't care" attitude. I was there on business & had important meetings; so when I ask for a wake-up call; I expect just that! The breakfast was ok. The bar area was unattended the whole duration of my stay. So I don't understand why the guy at the front desk would direct us to the bar ; if they had no bartender. Eventually, someone from the restaurant came up to take our drink orders; but he was not capable of mixing drinks. So we just ordered wine.The hotel is located near a lot of good restaurants, attractions and easy to take the train to the Eiffel Tower. I definitely would not stay here again until all the renovations are done & the staff change their attitude. Only one guy from the restaurant was pleasant .
