Had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Clermont, FL
Had a great stay during the Sun Conference Softball Tournament. Would definitely recommend staying here. The guy at the front desk, Miguel, was very helpful and we had excellcelent customer service throughout our stay at the hotel. Can not wait to return and stay next year!!

Service
The service was good. The front counter assistants were very friendly and helpful. They always smiled at us when we walked by. They were very helpful with the necessities. Miguel helped me with checking in, fast and effective.

Miguel was great.
The hotel is nice. The cookies are great. The rooms are really nice. And comfy beds. The service is really great! Miguel delivered cookies unexpectedly to our room. They were so delicious. I really enjoyed them!

Pleasant stay
I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn Hotel for comfort, staff and cleanliness, despite the construction in the lobby which couldn't be helped and was understood. The location is excellent near stores and nice restaurants and easy access to Hwy.50. The manager was very friendly and helpful as well as the entire staff as mentioned prior. Special thanks to the nice ladies in the breakfast area and the cleaning staff.

Under Renovation! Happy Ending!
A clean Hampton with good staff. We ran into issues with the current renovations during our stay. Our major complaint was that we weren't advised of ongoing renovations while making our reservation or before arrival. When we checked in we were assured the renovations would pose no inconvenience. that is not how things worked out. The Front Office staff and General Manager handled our complaint with smiles and professionalism. They resolved the issues and we were more than satisfied. We would stay again.The beds were okay and the breakfast usual Hampton fare. Be aware there is no wireless in the guest rooms only ethernet. We did find out when leaving that a router can be set up in your room for wireless if needed.Thank you for to staff for a happy ending
